John and his team could not have been more professional. We lost heat in one of our office spaces . They responded and came out that same day. Diagnosed the problem, gave options without being pushy and explained all the pros and cons of each. The work was done on time. Our office space was clean and the crew were wonderful to work with.

I have used them for years and they have been excellent. They are very responsive especially with emergency situations and I would highly recommend them.

Came home from a few days away and there was no heat in the house. Called Beery, and Kaleb called back. Said he'd be here in 60-90 minutes. He showed up in about 50. He worked quickly to diagnose the problem. Could have sold me on a new fan, but got it to work with just replacing the capacitor. I have a curious 7-yr old, and Kaleb let him hold the meter and read off numbers to him. Not cheap, but after hours, what do you expect? I appreciate the fast, competent work. Will definitely hire again.

They are the only ones I use. The come out every year and get my furnace ready for the season and my air conditioning for the season. They just came out in the Spring for my air conditioner. They will be back in October for my furnace.

They were good, they were really good. The service took 2 days. I think, there were 2 or 3 workers. They left the area clean. I have used them several times before.

<p>So our house is getting older, and unfortunately, that means we finally needed to replace our AC unit. Every year for the last 4 years we have dealt with it not working well and had finally decided we’d had enough. I researched brands and collected bids and I have to say I am really happy with our decision to go with Beery Heating and Cooling. The owner John Beery delivered a no-nonsense quote that met our budget. More importantly, his friendly and straight forward manner elicited a sense of trust that won me over. John went above and beyond to make sure our old AC would work well enough to keep us cool until his company could do the install. He even called to make sure his temporary fix was keeping us comfortable. On the day of our installation, two highly skilled union workers arrived promptly at 7am to begin the task of removing our old HVAC and installing our new one. Not only were they extremely competent, but professional as well. When the job was done the house was just as perfect as when they arrived only now our house was nice and cool. The new HVAC two stage unit is so quiet I can’t even tell that it is running. I am so pleased with our decision. Thanks to the Beery team!</p>

<p>A worker from Beery came right when he said he would arrive and stayed until he was confident that our furnace was fixed.  I was very impressed by how much he explained to me what he was doing to fix the furnace.  He also explained what I could do if by some chance I had any issues again over the weekend so I could wait to have someone come back during the week to avoid a weekend fee.  When it came time to pay for service there were no surprises, the bill was exactly what I expected based on talking to the receptionist when scheduling the repair service.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Beery again!</p> <br />

Install team arrived promptly as promised. Completed the entire removal and install in under 5 hours. Time enough to get the house comfortable before the heat of the day set in. Answered questions I had and briefed me on maintenance procedures for going forward. Very professional in action and ability. The quote process was painless, the install went smoothly. Easy to schedule.  Arrived on time.  Service performed efficiently.  Very much like dealing with Beery Heating and Cooling.  The customer service is great. <br /> Technician even remember the house from 5 years ago in the winter, when I had him remove the cooling coils in order to clean the below grade duct work after sewage overflowed in the to duct <br />

It went very well. I had them do my parents house because I was very happy with them. There were two people who completed the job. They are very friendly and professional. The owner is very knowledgable. The staff is very friendly as well.

They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.  Very professional and responsive. <br /> Owner gave me his cell # in case I had problems <br />
