I needed service on my furnace. I looked at other companies and yet I couldn't get someone to come in a reasonable time frame. So I decided to call Update. What I appreciated was that they were VERY direct with service. I saw given a time when they could come (about 2-3 hours) and low & behold, they were there. All I needed was some routine maintenance. All was well until they found a simple fuse problem. There were a coupe other minor problems as well. I was expecting to pay $500+ or more. I didn't pay anywhere near that. I told other companies what my problem was and each said it could cost $350-$500 but wasn't the case here. With all that needed to be done, I was at $275. Fair enough. Prompt, courteous and professional. And from what I saw, 24 hour on call service. I'd use them again if I needed service again.

They were on time, worked diligently until the job was done, cleaned up their work space, and demonstrated everything before leaving. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work!

This past winter our upstairs furnace was leaking so we called UPDATE right away. He provided a variety of options from repairing the existing furnace to replacing the unit. We ended up replacing the unit as the original unit was very loud and was 10+ years old. We explained what we were looking for and he provided three furnace options to choose from and provided the pros and cons for each. We ended up going with the higher-end model as he advised it is the quietest unit and he was right, we can barely hear it when it kicks on. Last and possibly most important for any new customers is his price, he was $1,500 less than the other two quotes we received to replace our furnace with the same exact furnace model. Jason and the team at Update have been great to work with and I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Just had the unit installed they were polite,fast and clean and as long as the unit holds up I have no complaints.

THEY HAVE A QUICK RESPONSE TIME THE TECHS ARE GREAT REALLY KNOW THERE JOB AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT RHETT HAD MY UNITE REPAIRED WITHIN THE HOUR .

The HVAC pro took the part number of the fan in case there is a problem in the future.

Needed annual maintenance on our furnace and A/C. Job well done.

Had to really work thru a mess of wires to get the thermostat set up properly. Previous owners really messed it up and he fixed it so that I could use this new Ecobee WiFi connected device.

We had a heat wave come through our area that weekend and we called desperate to get an appointment. They worked their schedule around and came out THAT DAY to install an AC. Their office staff was friendly and so helpful. We're so thankful they were able to help us quickly.

It turned out there was a wiring problem with the thermostat. The tech fixed it and did not try to sell me anything I did need. He also had a great attitude and provided great customer service.

The work was done correctly and I was told how much it would cost but I still felt it was too much.

I called three other companies. They all wanted me to pay for an estimate, which I thought was not right. This company is honest, kind, and trustworthy. They even sent me a hand written thank you card! I explained my financial restrictions, and they charged me over $1000.00 less than those companies that advertise on television. The workers, Chris de la Cruz and Chris Bell were so thoughtful. I could tell that they went out of their way to make sure thing the installation was perfect.were perfect. I am a disabled priest with a colostomy and two broken hips. I moved into a condo that needed a new furnace and air conditioner, both electric. They took their time to make sure everything was working,; they did not rush;and cleaned up so well after the installation. Kindness and friendless and honesty are the hallmarks of this company.
