Over 3 hours late. No apology. Major attitude. Bad service. The problem has not been fixed. The house temp is still low after over 20 hours. The heater was not fixed even though the technician insisted it worked for 15 minutes while he was here and he said it was the filter and it was fixed. A. told me to clear space to work around the heater. I told him I couldn't lift much due to severe chronic back pain. If I had known it had been there, I would have asked my son to move it ahead of time. I apologized because I couldn't do it myself. He still repeated his dissatisfaction about it again, so I said I would clear the space ahead of time next time. Then he removed a not-so-heavy-for-a-big-guy of just a bottom of a bird cage. The guy made me check vents when I told him they were already open. "Double-check," he said. I did as told because he didn't exactly ask. He told me to. "Many people have blocked vents." I had no blocked vents. I thought that was his job, especially for charging almost $170 for just changing a filter and upsetting customers while at it. My husband was told it would be around $80 for a diagnosis. The guy lectured me and told me about 4 times I should have changed the filter. He said he had to charge about $80 some more because our last maintenance visit was a little over one year ago in January. He insisted that I look at the dirty filter and the furnace, although I told him I didn't need to see it. Then he lectured me one more time the filter had to be changed twice a year, not yearly. Then he handed me the dirty filter to throw away. We asked for a 30-minute cleaning and maintenance if possible. He said no because it was after 5:30 p.m. He was supposed to be here at 2-3 p.m., and then he would have been able to do it. He complained that there were three more people without heat to whom he had to go. Understood. Once again, he repeated it too many times, making it sound like he was doing us a huge favor for just showing up. What is with the terrible attitude? He sounded more like an inspector or a cop. Unprofessional. Unfriendly. Nasty. Rude. Rip-off. Terrible customer service, Arrogant. Unkind. Supercilious. Condescending. Its previous owner and his team, Official Heating & Cooling, was fantastic. The best! We will not stay with Harmonic Heating & AC for our services any longer.

They installed 2 ac units at my two-story house, one per floor in 2018. 5 years later one unit is struggling to keep the second floor cool, and the other has leaked completely out of refrigerant and I'm S.O.L. according to Harmonics. They told me I should've called them before the 5-year warranty expired, and I didn't call them to do the routine maintenance required. Well, I guess I'm guilty as charged but that doesn't justify a leak! Sure, the maintenance would've caught a worn part or cleaned the units for better performance but a leak? A leak is due to faulty installation in my opinion, and it's only been 5 years and 2 months and by the way both units struggled from day one. They installed 2 Armstrong Air units that are considered cheap lower quality units on the AC hierarchy and when I asked other techs about Armstrong and the cost of the installation, they all agreed I overpaid. My message to anyone that reads this in addition to Do not choose Harmonics for your installation project because they are overpriced and under skilled is make sure you know the brand of the equipment and get a 10-year warranty on parts and labor and that shouldn't cost extra!

Fantastic experience. We had AC breakdown in our rental unit that needed quick replacement due to the hot summer. Jeremy Hesselink, provided the service and arranged all the paperwork on the business end and replaced the HVAC system the very next day in the shortest possible time saving the tenants from suffering the scorching summer.

Great, great company!  Jeremy, the owner, has a passion for his field.  He researches the advances in HVAC technology, and can fully explain the science behind the technology.  And really, that's where I was most impressed.  He was conversant in not only what the technology is today, but the evolution of the industry.   <br>He was very respectful of our home and responsive to what we needed.  He provided a fair price for the services and we opted to go with Harmonic. <br>The day of, Tony showed up to do the work. on time, perhaps even a little early  He was on time, showed the same respect for our home that Jeremy had, and had the same passion for the field in which he worked.  He worked hard, and was able to get the job done early after cleaning up after himself. <br>I was incredibly pleased with the result (i.e., the technology that Jeremy recommended and the way that Tony installed it).  As though I weren't happy enough, when I had a question about the thermostat a couple days later, I called Jeremy and he answered and walked me through the solution.  Easy peasy. <br>A great company with great people that deliver on what they say they are going to do.  Just fantastic! <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

Overpriced for the quality of work, had to call back to fix the installation. Toilet would tilt after 1st install?2nd pair of ?plumbers? fixed the issue, then pointed out that the floor had some water damage and noticed a leaking water heater !!! Would not use again.

RAY RIVERS MY TECH WAS GREAT, ON TIME, KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. CALLED MT LAUREL OFFICE FOR SERVICE. I WILL BE REQUESTING RAY RIVERS FOR ALL MY REPAIRS AND SERVICE. I ALSO PURCHASED SERVICE CONTRACT THAT RAY SUGGESTED.
