Very well. I can't comment on the price, I've no idea how competitive it was but I doubt I would ever try anyone but JE Shekell for a job like this, especially after this job. I can't praise the installer enough.

I buy a plan for the seasonal things. On the price, I don't remember I think it's a couple of hundred dollars and they come out every three months. So, they check everything and occasionally they've done other things such as they've installed a new thermostat, things like that. Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was.

I needed a new service entrance on the side of my house. My main breaker was old and feeling a little spongy as well. Joe showed up bright and early and did a fantastic job with the new mast, weatherhead etc. He was able to find a replacement main for my old service panel and all is good. I know I was in good hands, had exactly what I needed was done and not a penny more than necessary was spent.

installation on time, quick and efficient. Competitive price and better labor warranty and rebates than other quotes I received. Hauled off old equipment and left no mess . Even filled out rebates for me and sent in. Just had to review and sign.

I had a number of issues that were wrong.  I liked that they were very knowledgeable and very thorough, but they were somewhat expensive.  I would describe them as top of the line.  They were very professional.

Very well. I called at 4 pm Thur and had a technician at 8 am Fri, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

Repairman showed up about 90 minutes early which was great because they called first to make sure it was ok.  He checked the thermostat as well as the air conditioner.  He found out the issue quickly and resolved it quickly.  He then provided a routine service/maintenance check.  I feel he was honest and that the price was good.  I also want to,add that the repairman was very polite and respectable. <br>

Called for a service appointment at 10am on Friday and they arrived around 1:30pm (much earlier than my initial appt for the following Monday). My service tech, Justin, was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. I stuck around while he worked and learned quite a bit about the proper functioning of the HVAC unit. I would definitely use JE Shekell again.

Although slightly pricey, you get what you pay for.  In this case highly skilled, union tradesmen.  My plumber Steve was a thorough professional who tackled a tough job.  Because  some newer sinks are deeper, traps and drainpipe did not align very well.  Steve had to do some creative sculpting underneath to get everything attached.  Extremely pleased with his work <br />

Took a little long to actually schedule the work, but once they started it went well. <br />
