These are the guys to call with home boiler issues. I called another HVAC company and they had to come out three times, charged me an outrageous amount. Pinnacle came out once determined the true issue on equipment they rarely see ordered a new part that was damaged and fixed it the next day when they received the part. The cost was more than reasonable. They are fast and friendly. I’m using them from now on.

Sal is the best. My AC was underperforming and Sal was able to diagnose the problem. He spent time checking the system thoroughly and explained everything to me before discussing the solution. Very professional. Other HVAC companies, especially the one's that heavily advertise on TV, would have wanted to replace the condensing unit and would have not solved the problem. Sal replaced the liquid line filter drier and thermostatic expansion valve. He used nitrogen gas to clear the system and recharged with R 410A. System is working perfectly. Sal cares about what he does and his knowledge of HVAC systems is remarkable. Sal is honest and very fair with pricing. I would recommend Pinnacle HVAC, LLC for all your HVAC needs. Seen other positive reviews online about Sal and he did not disappoint. Came out the same day that my AC went out and got it fixed quickly and reasonably priced. Very personable guy. Honestly, could not have asked for a better. Straight shooter, easy to talk to, super knowledgeable... Wasn't there to get every last penny out of our urgent need. Provided all the possible options, and just talked straight talk the entire time. Did EXACTLY what was promised, and went a little extra. Was just as concerned about my property and home, as if it was his own. Our was a simple hot water situation, I can only imagine how beneficial they would be if it was something much more complex. Stop your search, call them to get them over to estimate what you need done... you won't regret it.

Pinnacle has been a life savor of ours the past couple years. Always extremely quick service, friendly, professional and well priced. A week ago we were getting water in our basement from a clogged condensation line as a major heat wave was upon us, but they still squeezed us in to a busy schedule. Today, temps are nearly 100 degrees and our unit went down because of a bad capacitor. Despite a late night call, they made a special trip out to get us running within an hour same day. Can’t say enough good things. We pay for a homeowners warranty, but when it comes to the ac and heat, Pinnacle is usually the better answer for us. We will continue to use Pinnacle and will continue to recommend. Five stars!

Sal is excellent. Last year I needed a new HVAC specialist after a local company was bought out leading to really poor service. Sal came out, explained everything, and provided great service at a reasonable price. Recently one of my units also stopped working during a very cold day. I texted Sal and he was there by noon and had the issue fixed by end of day. He is fair, honest, and does great work. Would definitely recommend.

Pinnacle HVAC is a great company to choose for your service. I always enjoy working with people in life who put camaraderie before the actual service/help. I was a first-time homeowner and have been using Sal since we moved into Homer Glen around 2018. He is very personable and basically taught me everything I needed to know on how to maintain my HVAC systems; along with the best methods to get the most mileage out of them. He came out for a capacitor pop that took out on my A/C back in 2019, furnace tuning in 2021, to the most recent furnace motor rebuild last year. All issues resolved in one service and are still running today. Good Guy, Good Company.

Sal repaired what others said couldn't be fixed. A/C was not giving cold air. He replaced parts and reprogrammed thermostat all at an affordable price. His expertise has made him my choice for all future HVAC needs.

Sal came to my house for air conditioner maintenance as I had noticed some performance lags and wanted a tune-up before summer. He was friendly, thorough, and informative, and the price for a cleaning and Freon charge was very reasonable. Will be calling him in the future for our HVAC needs!

I highly recommend Pinnacle HVAC! I had Sal come to check out my old 25-year-old furnace when it stopped working a few months ago and it's been working like new ever since. He was very thorough with troubleshooting what the issue was (knowing that I didn't want to replace the entire unit if I didn't have to) and made it a priority to get it up and running ASAP so I wouldn't be left without heat for long. Honest and friendly as well so it made the whole process so much easier and less stressful.

I've had several furnace repairs done by Sal at Pinnacle at two different locations with the latest in January during the worst freeze we had so far and everything was textbook perfect. Someone who listens and then diagnoses my furnace issues and handles that as though it was his furnace is very hard to duplicate. Too bad there's not more the five stars here! Sal at Pinnacle HVAC is a true consummate professional! I am employed as an Engineer and have a background in Mechanical Systems, and Sal completely blew me away (HVAC pun) with his immense knowledge! I received an immediate call back from Sal and had my appointment set for the very next day. Sal walked me through features of our Furnace that I never new even existed. AND he was able to correctly configure our humidifier. By the time he is done, we will have a 100% perfect Furnace and AC, and we will have a new thermostat installed which can better regulate the Hi- and Lo- settings to decrease heating times. Simply give Sal a quick call, and see if in the first 2 minutes if you aren't amazed with his knowledge and professionalism! 12 out of 5 stars!

Sal was a life saver this Memorial Day weekend! Was having some issues with thermostat and A/C kicking on and it was about to be an extremely uncomfortable day. Called Pinnacle for the first time and will never call anywhere else for my heating and cooling needs. Sal talked me through everything I could do to troubleshoot the problem. We had A/C!!! Could not have been happier with Sal’s honesty and willingness to help on such a busy weekend. He even followed up with me later in the day to make sure everything went smoothly. Amazing!

Sal is the best in the business, that's all I have to say. The guy knows his stuff and has never steered me wrong nor has he taken advantage of my lack of knowledge around HVAC equipment. My furnace stopped working last month during the extreme cold spell. I called Sal first thing in the morning as he had done a great job with my air conditioner replacement a few years ago. He came over within a few hours and found the problem right away, got everything working well and thoroughly checked everything else to make sure I wouldnt have any other problems. He knows his stuff which makes him very efficient and keeps the cost down too! I especially like that he fully explains everything that he is doing and educates you in the process. Hard to find this kind of personal service these days - I wouldnt call anyone else.

My husband and I just bought a new house and our AC unit wasn't working upon moving in. Sal came out the next day and went above and beyond to help us out! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and even reached out that evening and again the next day to make sure our system was still working properly. Our house is all electric, which is very unique. I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Sal and Pinnacle HVAC. I originally requested a quote from Four Seasons to replace my old ancient furnace and was taken back by how high the price was but found the quote from Sal to be much more reasonable. I also appreciated the fact that he offered multiple options at different price points for furnaces with different features. On the initial consultation, Sal took over an hour to walk through every little detail regarding the options I should be looking at. I was also extremely impressed with the prompt communication which is a big sticking point with me. I received regular communication updating me when to expect the installation of my furnace and everything timing wise worked out just as expected. After the furnace was installed, Sal took almost two hours walking me through the operations of the new system and how to set up the thermostat and various programs. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and services received and will definitely use Pinnacle HVAC again for any future needs.
