Did an amazing job on my system. Explained everything that had to be done. Good price for the work. Also very professional and polite. Will use again if I need to.

The problem was that I was rescheduled four times. One of the times they said they'd come in an 8-10am window, and I didn't get a call that they weren't coming until about 2pm. They did eventually come (it took about a week though), and they did, as a courtesy, provide the labor on an ancillary part of the project (install a purchased digital thermostat, $50 value) at no cost. Additionally, the guys that came were courteous, quick, and the job did get completed correctly. But as a working person, for whom it's not ideal to work from home, having to do so multiple times for a one-hour job wasn't something that I appreciated.

Arrived on time and completed replacement of attic fan. Price of $450 was in my opinion high so I will not use them in the future.

Professional and fast. They were knowledgedable and friendly. I'll probably have them back for additional jobs. Also, they are licensed, bonded and insured. That was important to me.
