Came out within minutes and knew our part was still under warranty. It only cost us for labor. Great company and great people!

Called and spoke to man about a NEW HVAC system estimate. He made the appointment for next day in the afternoon and said he would call when enroute. NEVER called or SHOWED UP.

I have COPD and I have a hard time when it gets hot. This amazing guy came out and fixed our unit and was very professional and had it repaired in good time. We have called on them several times in the past always satisfied. We will use them again in the future we will use them again when needed. Very reasonably priced

Absolutely the best! Tech came out a hour after I called, it was raining so hard he couldn’t look at unit he was so nice to come back and work on unit while it was still raining and got the job done. Super quick service. Got me in the same day, only a few hours after I had called. Very friendly, didn't try to up-sell me on anything - just fixed what was wrong and answered all the questions I had. Couldn’t have had a better experience– obviously this gentleman has decades of experience, doesn’t waste time but uses it to be profoundly personable and knowledgeable. Just kind and attentive, there’s value there alone but he also does honest work for a fair price. Couldn’t ask for more! Very highly recommend!

Called them on a Saturday and they responded within 30min. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain what he was doing, but also why. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use again!

02/08/2020: Our forced warm air gas furnace went on the blink this morning; so we put in a call and got Mr. Counts immediately to arrange a service call. He was here inside of an hour. Turns out it was a safety device called a “pressure switch” that needed to be replaced. The company had installed our complete HVAC system in 2012–one that we’ve been very pleased with. When it was time to settle up, it was much less expensive than I figured it would cost. There was no extra charge for a weekend service call and the part was “under warranty,” which shows us what an honest businessman he is, since we didn’t know that it was warranted. Both my son and our daughter have dealt with this company for their home heating/cooling needs and like us are equally pleased with their technical skills and integrity. Roger L Huber Edwardsville. Have never felt the need to leave a review for a service before. This company is honest, dependable, arrived when said they would. I will never go anywhere else for all heating and cooling needs in my life. If you live in the area they service these are the people to call.
