We called Curtis climate because our furnace wasn’t working. Within 2 hours, Curtis Climate was here diagnosing and fixing our issue. They showed us how to quick fix, but ultimately we had to purchase a new furnace. Curtis Climate’s team was readily available and replaced the furnace for us! They exceeded our expectations & we are so grateful for their professional and speedy service. We will definitely be recommending & using they again!

Casey and Dave Curtis were an absolute wonderful team! We used Curtis Climate for a new high-efficiency furnace, and switching from a traditional AC to a more efficient heat pump (x2 as we are dual zoned). The installation went very well, and we notice an immediate difference in the overall comfort in our house. Best of all is that Dave and Casey took the time to educate not only what is going on in the HVAC world (move from R410 to R454) and the benefits of going heat pump. Tax Credits expire in 2025, but Team Curtis did a wonderful job of getting everything in place to maximize the credits and rebates available! Totally recommend Curtis Climate Corp, and love the father/son duo!!

We needed a whole new HVAC system (furnace and AC) as well as some modifications/improvements to the existing ductwork in our 67-year-old house. A neighbor highly recommended Curtis Climate, but I thought I’d do my due diligence and, in addition to speaking with them, also vet about four more competitors with near 5-star Google ratings. Not one of them came close to Curtis when it came to communication, promptness, professionalism, know-how, and quality. Today’s HVAC systems can be complex and it’s not easy to understand all the options, features, and bell & whistles. Casey and Dave made it easy to understand everything and they were more than price competitive. They even assisted with all the rebates and credits. They work fast, clean, and all of their mechanicals are installed neat and tidy (a real important thing for me). Best of all, the system is exactly what we needed and the brand we wanted (Lennox). It’s so great to work with tradespeople who are professional, empathic, and deliver above and beyond what they promise. I highly, highly recommend them for new work or repairs.

After being quoted a frankly outrageous amount for a furnace and air conditioner replacement by the company that recently acquired my long-time service provider (AWE), I was understandably skeptical. Casey was amazing with his service, advice and timing. Our furnace went out due to an issue with heat exchange. Casey returned our call very promptly and everything was done within 48 hours from start to finish. Dave and Casey were honest, upfront and no surprises when they arrived for the installation. Runners were put down as to not attract dirt on the floors. After the install was complete, everything was cleaned up. We would highly recommend them. An excellent job.

Casey is absolutely the VERY BEST! We moved into our new home in 2021 and realized immediately we needed an AC in the master bedroom. We called many companies. Some would show up but never get back. Some never even showed up. As busy as he was, Casey squeezed us in and showed up, made recommendations and immediately installed our new AC. Since then, he has inspected, maintained and tuned up and repaired our units. He is super polite, respectful and the biggesst professional. Recently, our mini split was leaking late in the day. He picked up the phone while he was working, came over late in the day, drove to pick up the new unit super early the next day and came right over to install the new mini split. He truly takes care of his customers better then anyone in the industry.

These gentlemen are the best in the business. True professionals who provide the utmost care and support to ensure the best in HVAC customer service. Our AC was giving us issues on a sweltering 90+ degree summer day, so we gave CC a call. Same day service, provided a temporary fix that didn’t cost a fortune, and had my brand new unit installed two days later at a more than reasonable rate. I have used Curtis Climate for over 7 years now.Two new installs for two tenant apts. They are so professional and helpful that I asked them to replace the furnace & A/C in my condo too. And then recommended them to my daughter for her home which was a difficult crawlspace fit. I have never been disappointed. This local, family owned business is good old-fashioned excellent. Reasonable, answers & explains, prompt, kind and considerate. I just had my A/C cleaned and I was thrilled to hear they will now offer a maintenance program to help me remember my annual checkup & cleanings! Casey is amazing! I needed to replace my full system and Casey spent so much time educating me on the different options. Prior to needing to replace both of my systems I had zoned heating and cooling. Shortly after I moved in I couldn’t figure out why parts of my home were freezing and other parts were way too warm. Casey came out and adjusted the dampers and made some repairs. We spoke about the options as the zoned system was way outdated and I really wanted a smart thermostat. Casey then helped me with getting rid of the zoned systems and adjusting the dampers for the different seasons. I am truly thankful for Curtis Climate and Casey. We had our old ac system stop working last week and got a referral from a friend to contact Dave and Casey from Curtis Cooling who we have never used. Within a matter of a few days they contacted us, came and did an estimate and had our whole new heating and ac installed within 2 days!! I cannot say enough good things about this small, family owned business! Dave and Casey Curtis are efficient, kind, hardworking and priced so reasonably. They communicated with us promptly & were so helpful in explaining the process and giving us options, based on our needs. We had four total estimates, for our new systems, and Curtis Climate was, by far, the best choice - affordable, local & responsive. I'd give them SIX stars if it were an option. Dave and Casey were both very professional and they did a great job installing a new AC unit for us. I had called them to get a quote on a new unit when our previous AC company told us that the fan motor was broken and told us that really meant we should buy a new unit. Dave came out to give the estimate and did a thorough inspection of the unit to confirm that the fan motor was the problem (it was). He also talked us through the pros and cons of repair vs. buying new without pushing us in one direction or another. Curtis Climate's estimate on repair was nearly half of what our old AC company proposed and they spent much more time talking us through the options and the process. We felt good about the entire process and they will be our first call for AC/Heating going forward.

Casey and team have been great! We moved into anew house with an AC on its last leg. He managed it for the last year and a half until expectedly needing replacement. The new unit was installed quickly at a competitive price.
