Merz Heating and Air Conditioning

I was very impressed! Travis did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Our AC quit and he was out here in about an hour. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and got the job done while explaining to me what he was doing as he did it. I’ve had several other companies come take a look at our AC through the summer with some not-so-great service, so I was a little nervous this time around switching to Merz. But it’s never run better. Very happy with his work.

Just to say if my system quits tomorrow I will still call these guys for a fix or new one. I say this because I just kicked my air conditioning system on today for the summer (with my fingers crossed) and went from 80 degrees to 74 in about 30 minutes. Mine you now this system is 28 years old and absolutely no problem with it the whole time, heating or air! Have yet to have ever had freon added either. It's just the damn best system you can buy!

This service was AMAZING. He was to the point and an EXPERT. He came SAME DAY and made my house cold again! My HVAC was not working at all. My home was 80 degrees, and we really needed help. They were out here within a few hours, fixed the issue on the SPOT, and for an HVAC issue we only spent $140! These guys are genuinely not out to get your money. They're honest, professional, and they get the job DONE. My house is now 65 degrees the way it should be. Thank you so much!!

To my dismay, I woke up in a sweat on a 90 degree summer day, my ac was acting up. An hour and a half after my call the two servicemen were walking out of my house with the issue resolved. Amazing service

Cannot say enough good things about the crew at Merz. They installed the furnace and AC in the house we bought, and every time we've had a need, they've been there. Especially today, when I purchased a Nest thermostat and got pretty far out of my wheelhouse. Our system was cooling instead of heating. Chad was really awesome, and walked me through what to check for over the phone. It was an easy fix and an error on my part. It would have been easy for them to roll a truck for service and send me a bill for a Sunday repair, but instead he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and got it resolved. That's GREAT service, and how you keep customers for life. Hats off.

They installed a new HVAC system in 2019 had an issue with AC not cooling below 87 degrees a local company sent 2 differant techs out and could not find the problem Chad from Merz came out and found the problem within 15 minutes of arrival also found it was an issue with the way intake duct was secured during installation so they did not charge for service call 2 1/2 years later so glad they are honest and stand behind their work. Chad is excellent at his job spent over an hour in an extremely hot attic to fix the problem.

Called this morning and needed repairs ASAP on my furnace when it was 20° outside and 52° in my house. They immediately answered and within 5 minutes a technician called me back. Garret was at my in 15 minutes and had my issue fixed in an hour. I highly recommend them!!!!

I was told that the first service was no charge and then I could sign a service contract after that. Someone would call me and set up appt for the service call. Well it's been over a year and no call, so I called them and she said they don't do a yearly service for no charge and only do service with a contract! I think they need to get their act together! Do not use these people if you expect service on your ac. I will not call on them again. BTW I paid over 4500.00 for a new central air system that they installed.

money racket. I had merz look at my ductwork under my house because one of my rooms was not getting air. They told me that the duct work is all damaged and needs replaced and it will total $3,000 to be replaced. I hired probst as a second opinion because that was a lot of money in long story short the ductwork was not damaged at all under the entire house and the only thing that was wrong is the duct came loose and came off of the HVAC system. all merz wanted was money and lied to me to Swindle $3,000 out of me do not recommend. I do recommend probst.

Air conditioner went out last night and I put a request for service on their website. I heard something by 6:20 a.m. the next day via email. Tech was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. Tech arrived at 8:10 a.m. and my air was going by 9 a.m. Tech was very knowledgeable. A+++

Need parts to fix my central air, was happy they helped me , needed fan motor. Also helped me on how to hook it up! Very nice people! They offered without me asking for help ! Had my part in stock ! Thank you !
