Date of transaction 12/6/2024 8:30 pm My furnace was not operating. My friend does HVAC. City Wide was open and I called him. He said he had the part and wanted $340.00 plus tax CASH only. We went to the bank got the cash out. We went to the store after talking to him he said he would take $300.00. There was no box for the part he just handed to me. We went home to put the part in and it was defective. I called back within 45 minutes of leaving the store, Mitchell Moore refused to take the part back and refund my money. He claimed his insurance company would not allow that. I do have that email. He also stated I must be rich. I’m on a fixed income and retired. I am far from rich. This money means a lot to my finances. I called a service out and that night I paid 560.00. For the same part (gas valve) for the furnace. I uploaded the receipt for the furnace company and the part. Michael Moore was supposed to send me a receipt for the 300.00 cash never received it. Please help me Thank you Celeste Smith Account

14 degrees, 10:30 PM, furnace starts to fail. Lucky me. Other places I called first didn't pick up the phone, required two on-site visits with insane service fees, and wouldn't let me even ask about whether they had the exact part I needed in stock. I knew what part I needed. Mitch answered the call, had the part ready within 20 minutes, and my furnace was working smoothly shortly after. Thank goodness Mitch and Citywide exists. Thank you for everything!

Citywide had the part for sale for the same price as furnace supply sites that only sell to contractors. I determined that the job was too hard for me. They came within the hour of my initial call a promised and work was completed in less than 20 minutes.

After having problem after problem with repair companies attempting to resolve an issue I was having with my central ac all summer long I decided to give up and begin my search for a contractor to install a new <br /> ac system. After several quotes, I had second thoughts until I called Citywide. A gentleman by the name of Mitch came out and did some extensive sizing of my home by measuring every window, floor and wall. He went over several equipment options in different price ranges. I toldhim about my ordeal with the existing ac system and he asked if he could take a look. He found what no one else could! It appears that there was an issue with the wire not being connected real good on the <br /> big motor inside the ac outside. He repaired it and said my system will run fine for many more years! I can?t say enough about this company and their ethics. I implore you?If your having ac issues?this is the company you want! <br />

Jim is an expert in his field. He is friendly and pointed out the issue with my furnace it was the blower. He replaced the blower and very trustworthy another tech would have just told me to replace the whole system . He did the opposite and told me the truth and yes he is worth it. If you want the work done correct the first time call him because my furnace is working pretty pretty good.

Mitch dropped everything to fix our building's water heater on New Years Eve and he never quit until the problem was solved. We were so impressed with his work and dedication, I can't recommend him enough! A great guy and a family business, you can feel good about spending your money with this company. 10/10 definitely recommend!

My Furnace went out on New Year's Day 2020 and I had guests in town for the Holiday. I called several companies before calling Citywide Supply and Service and they were all very expensive except for Citywide Supply and Service. They said they could be at my home in 30 mins and that they do not charge overtime rates or extra rates for nights, weekends or holidays. The repairman arrived as promised in 25 mins. He was absolutely incredible. He explained in an easy to understand way the problem with my furnace and an exact price to make the repair...which by the way was very reasonable. He called his office which is also a furnace parts store that sells parts to the public. They had the part available. My furnace was up and running in less than 2 hours from my initial call to completion! These guys have a customer for life. Thanks a million guys. You are without a doubt....thee BEST!!!!!
