Best way to describe Muzzys is professional craftsmen. Cj took measurements and made recommendations based on the size of our house and our budget. Preston and Conner's excellent craftsmanship in installing the units was outstanding. And the wonderful cleanup they did after it their service was a great surprise. I highly recommend them.

We recently had Muzzys come out to our home to replace our furnace. They went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I. Their communication, professionalism and timeliness was superior. We ended up needing them to come back out to run a gas line for us and once again, their service did not disappoint. I have been using Muzzy’s exclusively for many years for our heating and AC needs. Their level of professionalism and response time is unmatched. Recently our furnace quit on a Sunday afternoon. I called and left a message and they followed up within minutes to discuss my situation. An hour later, Isaac was at our home and quickly resolved the issue. He was also the same tech who came to my rescue last summer when our AC compressor froze up. His level of courtesy and knowledge made both situations much less stressful. I can’t say enough about CJ and his team, they are the best!

Our heat/air system was 24 yrs old, so we knew we were living on borrowed time with it. During the routine winter inspection, we were gently given the news that replacement was our only option. The owner, CJ, quoted us many options for a new system and did not start with the most costly. Once we decided what we wanted to do, the process was quick. The installation went very smoothly. Preston and his assistant were polite and professional, worked neatly, stayed busy the whole time they were here, and completely cleaned up before they left. Preston fully explained the furnace and thermostat operation, warranty and registration information and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this business.

Great service. Prompt. C.J. came to our house after hours to look at our furnace because it had quit working. Determined it was not fixable. And was out first thing in the morning to install our new one. Hayley was awesome on the phone, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Muzzy just installed a brand new HVAC system for our bathroom / meeting room at Sloan’s ! CJ came out and gave us a complete list of items we needed and installed it very professionally! Muzzy’s is a very professional and friendly business. I came home from work and my furnace had died. They had it replaced within 24 hrs. The employees here are kind and friendly, they will do anything for the customers to make sure they have the best equipment and service.

When I called Muzzys for my furnace quitting on me recently, they were there the next morning first thing installing a brand new high efficiency furnace. Additionally, it was at a GREAT price. Not to mention, their professional top notch service from CJ and all his employees. Later, I had them back to take care of some small things I needed done and I had the same experience with the highest professionalism from any HVAC company I have ever used. As for me, I will only use Muzzys for my personal use and will recommend them to anyone else who would need any HVAC work done!!! We just had a new air conditioner installed and all of the employees have been very professional. They show up on time, clean up any messes, and the secretary is very knowledgeable on the products. We would definitely recommend Muzzy’s and will use them again.

Came to make sure our air conditioner was ready for summer. He was on time and didn't waste time getting to work. He took off his shoes which I told him wasn't necessary but he said he would rather be careful. Friendly and knowledgeable. If we have any heating or cooling issues we will call again.

They did an excellent job installing a new heating and air conditioning system. The technicians worked non-stop for 2 days to remove the old furnace and install the new system which we absolutely love. It’s so quiet that you can’t tell when the air conditioner is running.

We had a furnace and central air conditioner installed in 2009, and they have been here twice a year to clean for summer and winter., every year since then. We are very happy with this company and recommend them to anyone who needs this type of services.

From the first phone call we were met with kindness and professionalism. The installers, Preston and Konnor did a great job answered a lot of questions and cleaned up after themselves better than they needed to! Wish I could remember the name of the young lady in the office but she was patient and curtious (we had to finance the job and the internet and phones were not cooperative so it took some time). Besides the financing snafu everything else was great!!

I can't say enough about Muzzys. I challenged their skills and expertise to the limit. The challenge was met head on. What a crew. I can't say enough good about Konner to do justice. He accomplished what others refused to challenge. My crawl space is a challenge that others refuse to discuss. It took a lot of belly crawling and digging to get all the vents and duct work in place. Also had new gas line from meter installed. CJ and Muzzys brought our 19th century house up to a 21st century retirement home. We can live our final years in comfort knowing that Muzzys has our back when it comes to our comfort and safety. Thank you CJ, Konner, and the intire Muzzys team. Job well done!

We've hired Muzzys for multiple projects over the last 10 years and always get top-notch service. CJ and his guys are always available to answer questions before and after the service. We have had 3 mini-split units installed in various rooms of our home in the last 2 years and every install went flawlessly. 5 years ago, CJ and his guys replaced outdated ductwork in our crawlspace (not a finished crawlspace, unfortunately), and CJ himself spent many hours on the project. Our HVAC system is original to the home we purchased, but Muzzy's has always performed any repairs needed on the equipment. We have recommended Muzzy's to countless friends and family and all have been happy with the service they received. I highly recommend Muzzy's and I am confident that they will stand behind their work!
