Brian identified the problem right away and was very informative and patient explaining how to avoid the problem in the future. He also took extra time to provide me with multiple tips to help my HVAC run as efficiently as it possibly can. This was my second time using the company and I can not recommend them enough! Super helpful, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable staff.

Repair person arrived on time and completed repair in minimum amount of time. He was very professional and honest about what needed to be done to complete the repair. The charges for the repair were fair and I would definitely hire Modern Heating again.

Wonderful service, prompt response, knowledgeable and very professional. We rely on their suggestion as they provide honest opinion and suggestions. Their service is so great that they even fix a problem that was caused by a 3rd party for free. We will definitely use their service in the future again.

I discovered that although my A/C was blowing air, it was somewhat warm air and I noticed that the fan in the unit outside was not spinning.  I saw the good reviews for Comfort Care and called them at 8:30am; luckily for me they said they could have someone out to my house that afternoon.  Josh arrived 4 hours later, opened up the unit, and immediately knew what the problem was.  He had the necessary part available in the truck and was able to replace the faulty capacitor in less than 15 minutes.  Now my house is nice and cool again!  Josh was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I won't hesitate to call Comfort Care again in the future! <br />

We have a very good experience with them. I think there is like a 25% discount on parts if you have a break down. They are trustworthy, available, and have good customer service.

Great service! The owner was willing to answer any questions I had.

The technician arrived within the specified appointment 'window', and spent about 40 minutes.  After the work was completed, he walked me through each service that he performed on the furnace and what each service item meant to me.  Very thorough and informative, and I feel confident that the furnace is in very good hands. <br />

The service was super, A Plus across the board. It even got the point when I tried to tip them that they insisted it was no problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

<p><strong>Concerning the new furnace estimate:</strong></p> <p>Brian took the time to evaluate my home setup and potential options based on my concerns, home configuration, etc. He clearly explained the 2 options with the auto-controller thermostat features I was interested in. He also answered all my questions in detail. He also was not pushy about making the sale, which I appreciate.</p> <p><strong>Taking the time to do true diagnosis:</strong></p> <p>Along the way though, Brian had also noticed that my furnace was not firing/igniting properly and tested it quickly. The parts he thought might be an issue tested fine, so he actually took it apart and noticed that the wrong igniter had been installed by another HVAC provider. With the correct igniter in place, he showed me that the furnace was firing the first time and every time! My furnace is no longer acting "finicky"! <br /> <br /></p> <p>I really appreciate Brian and Comfort Care - he is professional, courteous, honest and fair. Many service providers act nice, but you don't realize until later (or never) that they were really screwing you over. Brian didn't even charge me a service fee because he was already here for the new furnace estimate. </p> <p><strong>A few other positives to note:</strong> </p> <p>Brian and his team are all NATE certified - so they have extensive knowledge and training in their products and industry. I like working with top-notch people who know what they're doing. Their prices are fair - I've used other HVAC service providers that I would consider "pricey" - I think good knowledge/experience and integrity deserve fair pay. He wore cloth slippers over his shoes to protect my flooring. They also responded quickly via the Angie's List messaging system; some other providers did not respond at all - guess they are not interested in new business.</p> <p><strong>Bottom line:</strong></p> <p>Comfort Care will now be my go-to for all future HVAC concerns! And when I really do need that new furnace, I will be contacting Comfort Care!<br /> <br /></p> <br />
