It was such a great experience with Ray Woolsey. He took the time to explain everything he was doing with us. As always Comfort Zone has always been great with us and has wonderful employees that work there.

Excellent service! Everyone, from the office staff to the technician who comes to the house, is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Outstanding company. Very pleased and would not hesitate recommending them.

The heat exchanger on our boiler went out and Comfort Zone was able to obtain the part and do the repair work. Shayne and Jeremy did a great job. Very professional and courteous. Excellent work.

Had my annual maintenance done for my ductless unit. Ray came out and went above and beyond. I felt really confident everything was taken care of by the time he was done. Calling the office for an appointment, fantastic people very knowledgeable.

Just want to put it out there that you should not do business with comfort zone. Great sales guy but when it comes to an issue with the equipment that they installed they want to charge $1400 to replace the compressor that is only 1.5 years old and conveniently 6 months over their covered labor warranty but still under manufacturer's warranty and they are charging me $75 for their technician to come out & do a diagnostic on it & $67 for gas and mileage to come out! IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I should not be responsible for the labor on a part that should never have failed already after only 1-1/2 years! I am a senior and live on a fixed income & i feel like I was scammed at this point! Convenient that the compressor fails after only 1-1/2 years & 6 months after the labor warranty expires!

Great company and top notch work. Been using them for my annual maintenance and any repair issues for 8 yrs now. Shayne was my technician for this years service and did a great job.

Brian is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and explains things in detail. Glad to have Him as our hometown tech.

Shane one of the CZ techs did a fall or winter tune up on my home heating system he found 3 what would have become issues if not found in time. He explained all issues replaced 2 different parts and now good to go.

Shayne was very efficient and professional. He took the time to answer questions. He showed me what he was doing and explained why. I will use this company again.

Front office kept in touch as to timing. Brian was helpful, professional and informative. I was able to pay my bill with him as well. A job well done and all wrapped up.

New Heat Pump System. Excellent service excellent team doing the demo and installing the new system! Professional to the max and treated us with the upmost respect! Recommendation 100%. Sales person was excellent kept us in tuned and great follow-up! David on the installation and Nick in sales there no better!

Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling recently installed a new gas furnace/heat pump in our home. We are enjoying the system and most of all we appreciated the service and customer care we received! When deciding what to purchase, Devyn was patient and thorough in teaching us all about how things work and addressing my constant “why” questions. We felt equipped to make a wise choice. David, Josh & Bud handled the install so professionally! They made sure we had A/C as quickly as possible, since it was 105° that day! They were courteous, efficient and cleaned up their worksite immaculately. Thank you Comfort Zone team for a job well done!

They worked with us to find a system we could afford and still do the job for our 110 year old home. Daryn was great and answered all of our questions promptly. The installers were first rate! No more noisy forced air wall heater and no lugging window A/C's twice a year! I will recommend them to anyone who ever needs a new system or a repair!

We are super pleased with the service call. We were sent a reminder of the pending appointment and then a text informing us that the tech was on his way. We really like that courtesy - it makes it easier to go about your day. Once on the job, we were kept informed about the progress and any particular items that needed to addressed. The tech kept the work site neat and tidy. Outstanding service in our opinion.

Ray from comfort zone was just here and serviced our furnace. He did an excellent job and was thorough and explain things when he was done. We appreciate the service and the kindness he extended will definitely use them again.

Arrived 5 minutes early and were very kind and professional. Analyzed the situation and put me at ease. Replaced the necessary parts. Recommended a good washing which was performed immediately. Verified it had been low on freon and checked return condensation pipes. Corrected everything with kindness and efficiency. Having seen his truck in the neighborhood for years, I would highly recommend him for his honesty, skills and efficiency. <br />
