Element responded quickly to our issue and had someone come out within an hour to look at the problem. Thomas took the time to go through our system and explain everything that he was doing. He was able to solve the issue and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

Jordon not only found faulty blower but also dangerous gas valve leak missed by regular bi-yearly maintenance guys! Jordan also addressed smaller room on zone system overheating and excessive blowing at times. I would highly recommend Jordan for problem solving and great personality while on site!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Element Plumbing, Heating & Air. When my AC went out, they were the only company willing to come out the same day without charging outrageous after-hours fees. They showed up within just a couple of hours and were so kind and understanding. When I explained I wasn’t financially prepared to pay for the part that needed replaced, they loaned me a portable AC unit on the spot—without me even asking. They kept in touch with me all week and never once pressured me. Then, to my complete shock, after I told them I still couldn’t move forward, I woke up to a message offering to replace the part and do the repair completely free of charge. They’ve gone above and beyond in ways I never expected. Their kindness, professionalism, and integrity mean the world to me. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

Dylan provided the service that was due and explained what he had done and what still needs to be done. The additional work will require a disassembly of our heating unit, which is available in an upgraded protection plan. We opted for that and will have the work done in the near future. Dylan was very courteous and informative.

The appt was well worth the money. The guys educated me on the system in my new house. After their inspection of the unit I felt a lot more confident in the system. Fast, friendly and professional.

Element Heating & Cooling is a great company! When our heat pump had an issue, Thomas and Stockton took good care of us. They found the problem and then worked to get our heat pump running again quickly. My elderly parents are living with us and sensitive to the heat. The company went above and beyond to get the needed part quickly so we could have AC during an early heat wave. Thomas is very knowledgeable and both he and Stockton were always friendly and professional. I would recommend Element Heating & Cooling to anyone! Thanks guys!
