Matt was great! He came out on a Friday and was at my house for 2.5+ hours figuring out my heat pump issue. He ended only charging me a simple service fee. He found a few things going, he addressed two of them and told me what the other ones where. Since he told what the issues where, I was able to order the parts and do it myself. Saved me a bunch of money instead of being pushy about him fixing it. I appreciated his honesty and will recommend him to everyone I know.

I called based on reviews and my past experience with the large companies. Matt did not let me down. He is knowledgeable and genuinely an honest and nice guy. I highly recommend him, especially if you're worried about getting ripped off by the large hvac companies with the inexperienced young technician.

The past few days our home was warming up. I called another reputable company and they were extremely busy. So when I asked for a referral he recommended Matt at Bulldog. From the moment I called Matt I knew my once hot home would soon be cool. He just left and I can already feel my home cooling down! Don't second guess this call. Matt was fabulous!! He absolutely knows what he’s talking about and gave us a fair and honest pricing. I loved that he took the time to figure out what system would work best for us and then gave us a plan for how to get AC into our house without breaking the bank. Matt was amazing. He responded quickly and fix our A/C unit that was a disaster. We had multiple people out to look at it and Matt would not give up and got it going. We have had no issues since he came out.

We bought our home15 years ago. Over the years Matt has worked on and when needed replaced our heating and air and water heater. When it was fixable he repaired it. I called Mechanical Heating & Cooling when I thought the freon in our older AC unit was low. I called and someone actually answered the phone & scheduled my appointment that same day! I had attempted to schedule service with 4 other companies and all of them said it would be several days (one was more than a week) before someone could come out. Kris Grabke was the technician who serviced our unit and told me everything was fine. The sub-cooling reading was where it should be and the reading for the coils was also where it should be. Unfortunately, I had to pay the $99 diagnostic fee even though I didn't really need anything after all, but I appreciated Kris' honesty and the fact that he didn't try to pressure me into having a new unit installed.

Professional, courteous, knowledgable and timely. Did not try to oversell. Provided many options for our situation.

Everything went very well. From the original quote through installation. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again for any future needs. Their price was also very good.

Tom and Josh showed up on time. Tom was here in July of 2017 when Mechanical Heating & Cooling installed our air conditioner. He remembered the installation. The two went right to work. When the job was complete Tom took me outside to review the items done and then inside to review the furnace installation in the basement. Review of the paperwork took place once we were upstairs including the Energy Saving Agreement. Tom and Josh were very pleasant and professional. The furnace is quiet and comfortably warm. Mechanical heating and cooling were awesome I have to say. We had a broke down furnace for a week. They came out on a weekend installed a new furnace promptly and efficiently. The installers were absolutely fantastic and answered every question and more that I had. My installers names were Justin and Michelle and I could not have been happier with who I had out here honestly . The prices are great ,my furnace is way better than I expected. I truly was a skeptic of the brand but it is turned out to be so much better than I thought it was and my family and I couldn't be more happy than we are. There truly is just not enough good things to say about this company and the people that work there. They helped us when we were down and out and didn't take advantage like some other companies tried to. For that Mechanical will be our go-to company from now on. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

This business is great! I have been using them for over twenty years. I recently needed a new furnace installed quickly and they did not disappoint. Joel sold and arranged the install. A good furnace at a fair price. Tyler and Jamal installed professionally and on time. I highly recommend!

Kris G installed humidifier and did a furnace maintenance check...went very well. Jeff H did our duct cleaning. Very nice young man and did a great job. They cleaned up very well. Company will be first on my list and I will recommend them.

slight problem with the concrete pad size was ready to have THAT conversation but they corrected the problem before I could and rest of install was excellent Tyler Smith Tom Lemire mike Perreira are extremely professional and courteous workers

They are the absolute best. From John, the sales representative, to Brad and Guy, the installers, I have never received better customer service. Efficient, personable with AC and furnace installed before the other 2 companies I contacted responded with either a quote or install date. Great price, too. Gives meaning to "The extra mile"!
