Two of our mini splits were freezing up and the two Boss technicians that came to diagnose the issue(s) and service the units were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Quite professional and answered any question that I had. THANK YOU!

What do you say about the Boss Guys? What a great bunch of guys to work with. Very professional, caring and punctual. It’s never easy spending money, but I was so impressed with the time that Oscar and his crew took to explain the whole heating system and duct work they would be doing. I can’t say enough how thankful we are to have had them in our home. We had two other companies come out and check our heat pump, telling us there was nothing wrong, but yet charging us for service call which I understand. There was something wrong and we decided to try a new company, thank God for Boss Heating and Air Condition! Call them first, you won’t be sorry. Once again guys thank you for the great work and caring!

They really seemed to care, it wasn't just about getting money. They have great customer service. They checked back after awhile to make sure everything was working properly and that we understood the new system.

He comes out when he says he will. When he comes out, he does quality work. He doesn't charge that much. He's just a really good guy.

Oscar and his crew have been very professional and their workmanship has been top notch, even working around my work schedule, as I work nights. I can only highly recommend BOSS Heating & Air Conditioning, for your next heating and air conditioning needs.
