Absolutely recommend these folks. Eric saved us from what would've been over a week with no heat, helping us diagnose our problem after hours on a weekend. Even before they were paid they made sure we had options to stay warm and a plan for getting our furnace running again. Their work was proffesional and they helped educate us more about our system. The neighborly treatment we received from the start really made an otherwise bad time so much more pleasant. They'll be our go to from here on out.

Recently called CDA Heating & Cooling for a AC repair at my house in Spokane Valley, and was impressed with how upfront and professional they were. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem (Leaky line set), clearly explained what was wrong, and gave me a straightforward price for the repair before doing any work. First they explained how they would fix the issue if I chose to go that route, and gave me a price for that work. They then walked me through why putting money into this older system wasn’t in my best interest (R22 is really expensive apparently) long term and laid out several replacement options with different efficiency levels and price points so I could decide what made the most sense for my family. What really stood out was how transparent the whole process was, no pressure tactics, no surprise fees, and plenty of time to ask questions. They explained the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement in plain language and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.CDA Heating & Cooling is a transparent, reliable, locally focused option worth calling.

Eddie came to check out our furnace within less than 24 hours of us requesting help. He showed up right at the beginning of the two-hour window promised which was already a great surprise, but then he had us fixed and warm within 15 minutes of his arrival. Had a new AC system installed in our old house, as well as a mini split for the upstairs, these guys did a great job installing it all. Then there was an issue with the mini split about a year later, and they did a great job getting that fixed at no cost to us. Highly recommend.

We just finished building our house and CDA Heating and Cooling took care of all of the heating/cooling systems. They did a great job and were here when we needed them. Every technician that came to our house was very pleasant and performed their job in a professional manner.
