I called they fit me in early morning Thursday and installed the new furnace Friday. Great bunch of guys. The young man that diagnosed the problem was great to work with. I had to leave and when I got home my house was 65° and cost. My old furnace ran 70/72° to have the same feeling. Great job Mike Fereday and team. Thanks

Called them late Tuesday because my furnace wasn’t working. They showed up on Wednesday at 10am. Super courteous and told me it needed to be replaced. Bought their best model (both furnace and AC); they showed up Thursday AM and were done by 3pm! New system rocks! Awesome price plus a rebate!

Furnace wasnt working and Fereday's got a tech out within a few hours on a freezing cold day so i know it had to be a busy day for them. Jeremy the tech was outstanding. He is Super friendly and efficient and had it fixed within an hour. Great job! Thank you Jeremy

We used Mike Fereday Heating & Cooling to install a gas fireplace in our home. Despite it being a somewhat challenging install, the crew did an awesome job for the quoted price. We are very happy with the outcome and would use them again.

While Parker did resolve my issue, he was unprofessional in his communication, did not treat my house with respect (shoes on, putting dirty things on my light carpet) and charged me for more time than he was there. I escalated to Kevin, but he was also unprofessional in his communications and would not take my word regarding the time discrepancy. Follow up review ....Kevin called back and was willing to work with me in a professional manner. He resolved the issue very satisfactorily, which speaks well for this company.

Called after first snow of season, furnace was non operational. Showed up same day I called, fixed issue promptly! Walked me through issues and concerns, service tech Matt, did a great job. Would highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs!

New house installation, continuous problems for 2yrs, multiple trips, improper equipment, had to hire someone to correct issues to work properly, returned bad thermostat from installation, had to install one on my own, now they won’t refund $350 we paid for defective unit.. would not recommend at all … bad customer service…. Called right away this morning because our furnace started acting up last night in double digit negative temperatures, they where here by 1:30, very professional & he fixed our antique furnace! We will be needing a new furnace sooner then later & Fereday earned our business! Thank you so much

The team at Mike Fereday goes above and beyond for their customers. We initially used their services when we built our home a few years back, they did the HVAC (Geothermal) and all the other related HVAC content (exhaust fans, fireplace, etc.). They did a great job with the install and have been very responsive anytime we've had questions. In February of this year, while our family was sitting in an airport on the way to a vacation, we got a notification that our Geo system had an error. I contacted Tim Fereday and he had a tech their the next day which is awesome because it was super cold and the backup electric heat on our system had also failed. They had the temp emergency electric heat back on that day and they were back to fix the rest as soon as they had parts in hand. We were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our home or pets in sub freezing temperatures! I'd recommend Mike Fereday for anything HVAC, they are fantastic.

Highly recommend Mike Fereday for your HVAC needs! My AC quit working this weekend. Called them right away at 7 AM today and they had a technician out by 9 AM! Jeremy did a great job. Super friendly, professional, and got the job done fast! AC is running cold now 🙌🏻

I have had Mike Fereday Heating and Cooling put in a new fireplace insert for us, as well as they put in a heating unit in our garage. The guys installing both did a great job and customer service was great. I would recommend to anyone.
