Bunch Heating and Cooling

My water heater went out while I was getting ready for work a few weeks ago. I had my neighbor come over to look at it to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it. Unfortunately it was leaking water from the bottom of the tank. It needed to be replaced it was almost 30 years old. My neighbor recommend Bunch Heating and Cooling because he used them last year for a new water heater and got great service and said the guy that put it in was hilarious and fun to talk with. I called first thing to get it replaced. Tom was at my door within an hour and confirmed that I needed a new water heater. He started working on it then went to get a new water heater. He came back about 45 min later with the new water heater and another guy also named Tom. They had the new one installed and running in less than an hour. Only problem they had was that my old water heater wouldn't drain completely so they had to take it out with a lot of water in it. Good thing these guys were both probably 6'5" and 300 lbs. I will definitely be using Bunch Heating and Cooling again and recommend them 100%. Thank you Bunch Heating and Cooling

We called 3 different hvac companies in our area when our A/C quit blowing cold air. With 90 degrees in September, we were very grateful that Bunch could fit us in! This week is supposed to be over 100 and of course our AC stopped working today. The first few companies I called either didn’t answer or couldn’t come until later in the week. A friend suggested Bunch after posting about our issue and then our neighbor also commented they always use Bunch. He came and it was a part that he changed out and now we have air before it gets too hot tomorrow. SO thankful and appreciative!!!!!! Call them, they’re great!

During the cold spell, we were told, by another company, that our furnace was too old to get repair parts and we would have to replace it. Dave came out, and told us he could get parts and that we didn't need to replace the furnace yet. I appreciate his honesty.
