Very happy customer! He showed up earlier than was planned and fixed the problem quickly. Very knowledgeable and very courteous. Explained everything thoroughly and Made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Gave me some suggestions which were appreciated. It’s the kind of service you expect from a company, but don’t always get these days. Highly recommend Reliable1.

Reliable 1 has been really good to me and my husband. They are very prompt when one of us call. They even come to us on a Saturday. Not everyone does that. Their technicians are very educated to our heater and central air. On a Friday night I walked in to a wall of heat. They came out right away the next day! The staff is very nice to me the home owner. I will continue working with them.

Mason did a good job. He told me my furnace was all good after my yearly maintenance check. He also listened to my concerns on a couple other issues concerning plumbing. He took a few photos and said he would report to the office and they would send someone to give me an estimate for repairs. I was scheduled for someone to arrive on 11-12-2025 and they came and checked all my concerns and an estimate is being drawn up and will be emailed to me within a day or two. I appreciate the quick response. Thank you!

I've had Reliable 1 here a few times recently due to circumstances beyond my control. This is a company that actually lives up to their name! They're RELIABLE! David was here to do repairs on my boiler which he did expertly and explained what needed to be done and replaced so that I could understand. Mason was here to repair the broken gas fireplace and was great, even cleaning it out! Both gentlemen are great service techs! Reliable's customer service extends to the office personnel as well: Hannah, Sara and Andrew as well. I really can't recommend Reliable 1 MORE! I am very pleased with their service!!

The technician did a great job. He also explained everything as he did it and asked if we wanted to replace the part that was going bad. My husband and I was very impressed with this young man.

Mason from Reliable1 did an outstanding job fixing our fireplace! Not only did he repair it thoroughly, but he also took the time to walk me through everything our remote could do — features we never even knew about since the previous owners had the fireplace installed. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made sure we felt confident using it. We’ll definitely be requesting Mason for any future work!

We had an issue with the blower fan overheating and filling the house with smoke. It was shut off. We called and got someone the next morning, when they said they would come. Communication between the shop, technician and us was very good. The power company was in the block working a few hours after the overheating so we suspect it was a surge. The tech checked everything out and the system restarted for him. It had not the night before.

Furnace quit in the night, on a weekend, during a snow storm. They were able to bring the correct parts and get it going again. Technician David was fantastic!

Great response time, very accommodating, informative and friendly service. Really appreciated as a new customer their turnaround time and promptness to our issue.

Great guy and very polite. Replaced the water valves for the hot & cold water for my mothers washing machine. The gentleman hooked the washer up after replacing the two water valves. The bill however was really expensive for the work performed. To cut off the two old water valves and put two new ones on & hook up to the new washer/ dryer unit it was just over $600.00. Everyone was nice and they did a good job so the cost is the only issue.

I was so happy with the service. Explained well, knowledgeable and courteous. Will call again . I can't believe how great these guys are. Andrew, Zac and his helper were exceptional. Knowledgeable, prompt. I would give them 10 stars. Zach did a wonderful job on drain replacement. They have done 4 things for us .

Reliable 1 has been very responsive and easy to work with. They did some scheduled work for us when we did a kitchen refresh and did a great job. Today we had 4inches of rain and one of my sump pumps wasn't working. My basement was flooding. They got someone out on short notice on a Friday afternoon. I had a new sump pump installed in short order. Issac was GREAT. Very professional and understood I needed hep fast. I've been won over by Reliable 1.

Top notch customer service. There was a tech at my farm within 20-30 minutes of placing the call concerning my central air unit not working. After 4:30pm on a hot humid Friday afternoon, Brayden was great! He serviced my outside unit after completing diagnostics plus removed the mouse nest and a couple of wasp nests he discovered. Luckily he had a new filter that fit my interior unit which was so convenient. He finished up just before 6pm and gave me a helpful kid/pet safe tip to keep the mice away in the future. Trustworthy and excellent service.

Mason and his apprentice Almir were excellent! They were on time, professional, and accommodating. The pricing was reasonable, and the work was quick. Mason identified the issue quickly just from listening to the system, and they took care of it in under an hour total. They explained everything very simply and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly taken care of. Would recommend them to anyone, and will be calling Reliable1 for all my HVAC needs from now on!

Very good service. The tech who came out got the job done fast and simple. He let me know what the problem was, how to fix it and what he could do for me. I was very pleased with the information he gave me and also advice moving forward. I will be calling them when need services again.
