Air Control, Inc.

Air Control, LLC recently installed a new HVAC system in our home and a Mini Split System for a workshop. From the quote presented by Terry Driscoll, to the installation, they did a great job. They were on time, the workers went above and beyond to make sure all the work was done neatly, and they cleaned up all the work areas when they were finished. They were professional, courteous, and represented Air Control, LLC very well. Terry Driscoll followed up the week after the installation to be sure the work was completed correctly and that we were satisfied with the completed project.

Air Control Inc. has been in business many years by a great family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new furnace or ac! Great American made products by a family owned business!

Good and quick service. Exactly what estimate was. Took care of energy savings reimbursement. Only did 4 star because they forgot to tape up furnace when installed so was leaking air. They did come right away and resolve that though. Would definitely recommend. Did A/C and Furnace. Been several months and still works great.

Had issue with a/c and was told it would need complete replacement and gave the go ahead to do what was needed along with replacing furnace as well. After waiting over a week for parts to come in they began work. After removing the old unit they realized they had ordered the wrong parts so I had to wait another 3 days for the right part. after installing this part on a Friday they left. The unit never did start cooling like they said it would. It is now Monday afternoon and I still do not have working a/c. Next time I will call Domestic plumbing, heating and cooling.

Guy was more of a salesmen than a repair man. His sloppy work did get our heater running (for @ 5 minutes). However, he didn't even have the courtesy to stick around to see if it would cycle again and that was the problem. This occurred on a Tuesday. It is now Friday and we still do not have reliable heat. We (meaning my husband) did some research on the internet and he replaced the control panel and ordered an ignition switch. Air Control, Inc. office personnel is very professional. We filed a complaint; it is currently under investigation, so no outcome at this point. It's now Monday....Air Control, Inc. gave us half of our money back.

Air control is one of my worst experience ever. Billed me for work that was never done. Furnace still doesn't work right. I'll be calling someone else. Should of looked at reviews first, 1 star doesn't cut it.

They went above and beyond with helping me. Jamie, the tech, was fabulous and always talking me through the process. Highly recommend! Ductless mini-split.

Julie is always so friendly and helpful. The Tech was early, and had my AC up and running in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Good service and nice folks to work with. Took care of rebates. No problems since install. I'd use them again.

I was pleased with their work. The service man was very good and very knowledgeable. He was retired military so this was a new job for him. He did a good job and we had something in common.

AC went out right before the heat and humidity were to hit. Called, asked questions, was given explanations as to what and why this happened. All explanations were spot on from my research which I really appreciated! I went ahead with their recommendations, they were here to repair and get me up and running BEOFRE the nasty heat hit. I am and have always been a fan of Air Control, that won't be changing anytime soon. Highly recommended!! Great employees, great service along with a knowledge base you can rely on!!!

The technician was great.  There was billing issue with the office.  However the manager called me and resolved the issue.

They're good, I would continue using them in the future.
