Very honest, respectful and reliable. Although we have the instruction book, Scott took the time to go over with my husband and I on how to use the remote. We just wish that there is more people like Aloha Air, Inc. I also liked the fast reply from his office in setting up an appointment.

Scott and Angi are wonderful to work with. Both are very friendly and helpful. Scott has repaired our old air conditioning unit, replaced it with a new one, and most recently, returned for the 6-month servicing. He has never missed an appointment and has been great about accommodating our schedules. I highly recommend Aloha Air!

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED A/C BUSINESS, SO WE WERE HAPPY TO HIRE LOCAL FOR OUR A/C REPLACEMENT. OUR CONDO IN WAIKOLOA IS A VACATION RENTAL, SO WE NEEDED THE A/C TO BE INSTALLED DURING OUR RECENT VISIT IN DECEMBER AND WHILE NO GUESTS WERE STAYING. ALOHA AIR WAS ABLE TO MEET OUR TIMETABLE AND ACTUALLY HAD DAIKON SYSTEMS IN STOCK. THERE WAS AN ISSUE OF THE SYSTEM NOT WORKING AFTER WE LEFT, BUT THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
