I’ve used ACS for our business several times and decided to use them for maintenance on our home units also. Tyler did a great job. He went over everything, was very informative and professional. ACS is the best AC company on the island. Super professional, punctuational, and very thorough in their work. I have a short-term vacation rental, and the AC is in the attic. My pickle situation was that the drip pan overflowed, and water leaked from the ceiling while I had a vacationing guest at the property. Ugh! I contacted ACS, and big kudos to Ryan for coming after hours. He diagnosed the issues, explained the situation and make the appropriate repairs that evening. So happy and relieved that I found a company I can rely on to do quality work.

Two different technicians to diagnose the same problem twice at $140.00 per visit and all I'm getting is the run around. Each time I've had to chase them down to find out what's going on. I've given them 5-6 days between each visit before I've tried to call and get answers. The only thing I'm getting in a timely matter is my invoice to pay. Giving them 2 more days to to actually look up my warranty and order the part I need before kissing my $280.00 goodbye to go with a different company. Can't say I would recommend this company unless you have something easily fixable. My Mitsubishi unit is only 3 yrs old before the "mother board" stopped working.. This is a at home bedroom unit. Hope this helps someone to make a decision.

I called a technician out to service an outdoor unit that showed a system error. The Tech was nice and was able to find the issue in 15 minutes. When I got the invoice it showed the tech was on site for 1.5 hours! Very unprofessional to not be honest about the time you spend on a job. We will not be utilizing the Services of ACS moving forward. You're only as good as your word.I hope whoever reads this message heeds this warning.

Tyler was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

Called to see if they installed split systems, man who answered said yes, gave me a quote, said they would come out in a week. Informed them the lines had to run through the attic, they said OK. 3 men installed units, wearing ACS shirts, but they did not install correctly, claimed attic install not possible (told me this AFTER the work was done). Owner contacted, owner said they had no knowledge this work had been done, claimed the man (an employee of ACS) who answered the phone was working on his own and they had no responsibility for the install or the need to correct the problem, proceeded to yell at me, claimed they didn't even do split A/C (even though a recent review praises them for installing a split). Found out the guys who came out were not even HVAC licensed. Contacted another company who came out and said it was easy to install correctly through the attic, also said we were overcharged by 30% and that it was hard to believe the owners of ACS didn't know given that a license was needed to purchase the equipment. Now we have to spend thousands to get it fixed. Highly unprofessional, and it's worth pointing out that three of the 5 star reviews on here are from the owner and family. DO NOT USE ACS.
