They came several times before to make sure all our concerns and questions answered. Showed up early, prepared and gave us great tutorials after. Went well. High degree of professionalism, was punctual, even on a call-back with a minor problem that had nothing to do with installation. <br /> I thought the price was at the higher end of the estimates we got from other companies, but then I feel we got what we paid for. <br />

Firstly, I called with very short notice, hoping that they could fit me into an and quot;ASAPand quot; appointment. They called me within several hours to tell me that an AC service guy could be there the next day. Yay!! <br /> The service guy was very prompt, very courteous, very good and thorough in his job, and very professional. I had questions for him, which he answered to my satisfaction. We were very happy with the level of service provided. The only negative comment is that they are more expensive. <br />
