Everything went very smoothly, and we have had no trouble with the system.

Unit quit cooling and I called Waller. They sent techinician out for service call. He was right on time which was about 6:00 PM. He diagnosed the problem and jumped the system so that it would cool (safely). He stayed till almost 10:00 that night and my bill was only for the service call. The very next day, a sales rep came by the house after hours (on my time) to review my options and recommendations. He was very knowledgable of the options and was patient to answer all my questions. I called him back the next day and confirmed I wanted a Trane system with zone control and new air handler. He had a crew over the next day and cold air was blowing by 6:00 on day 3. The sale rep followed back up on Day 4 to inspect the job and even walked through my attic and picked up trash left behind (you could fit it in a small zip lock bag). The system has performed as advertised and the people at the office are so nice and easy to deal with. They seem happy to be a work and glad to work for Waller. <br />

They are great. The unit stopped working on Friday and they came out on Saturday to replace it. They are always there, when I call them and they always come, when I call them. The price is very good. I have used them ever since I have been in Valdosta.

We will continue to use them in the future for our HVAC system.

They were great. They came out the same day that I called on a very hot day. My cooling system has been good since their service.

My overall experience was an A.

One year when they serviced and repaired our unit they connected some things backwards, causing water to leak into our house. Because none of the family ever went barefoot, we were unaware that water was in the carpet until it had been there for long enough time to cause extensive water damage inside and underneath of our house. They REFUSED to even talk to us or return our calls. We had to have some of our floor/subfloor and carpet replaced. They never paid a penny, (we were stuck with the repair bill) and they never acknowledged that there was ever a problem. They refused to talk to us. We ended up having to have the whole unit replaced by another company.This was about 10 years ago. At the present time (2011) we now have some dry rot underneath the house (support beams, etc.), as a direct result of this, so we are still experiencing the negative impact their work had on us, and we are having to have a 2nd major repair bill to try to fix the problems they created. <br /> <br /> I would NEVER recommend Waller Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone (even my worse enemy!) NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Waller Heating and Air Conditioning. They do NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. They do NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU ONCE THEY HAVE DONE MAJOR DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME!

They are reasonable and quick

The a/c unit was improperly installed in 1999 resulting in water damage and subsequent termite infestation that did extensive damage to my kitchen, laundry, and utility closet. Also resulted in new flooring (2 months old) that costs $3,200 having to be reinstalled due to water damage. The drain lines to the a/c unit were not level as indicated by my personal observation with a level, the review of Mr. Slaughter and the current a/c installation team. As a result, the water overflowed slow enough for it not to be noticeable until damage was extensive. I asked Mr. Slaughter to come out to my house and see the problem. He did, but had a poor attitude and was belligerent to me before he saw himself out.
