I liked them so much I signed up for their maintenance program where they visit twice a year in fall & spring to ensure one's systems are prepared for summer or winter. Their main tech, David, started disassembling my furnace to clean rust, check operation and change filters. What impressed me the most is he decided the wiring was too messy, so he started tidying it up and left it in a nice bunch, zip tied to the water pump. I didn't ask him to do that, nor did I expect him to tidy up a situation left by other HVAC contractors, he just did it because it was his typical level of quality in completing the task. It seems like such a little thing, but to me it's attention to detail and pride in one's work. I trust them fully with my systems and they do an accurate job diagnosing problems.

Talk about excellent customer service! I came home at 8:00 Thursday evening and realized my A/C was not working and the house was very warm. Contacted Ray with Wyrick Mechanical first thing the next morning, and he had his technician, Dave, over by 10:00 to check it out. Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away and explained everything to me thoroughly so I could understand. He left and got the part that was needed and returned to get my air up and running again by 2:00. Since the temperatures are back up in the 90’s, I was so relieved! I can’t speak higher of Ray , Dave , and the whole Team at Wyrick Mechanical ! We own a business and when our AC went out on a 90+ day last week, they were able to get us up and running with a new HVAC unit at a competitive price within 24 hours which was nothing short of a miracle. When our home hvac started acting up within days after, we called them and they were able To repair our existing unit within no time. They are excellent trustworthy and just the kindest people All around. 10/10 experience :)

We had been having a few issues with our HVAC unit and started to bring out a few companies to look at it. The first few that came out really did not inspect much and immediately went to pricing out a new unit on our 2016 home. I had received a referral from a friend who said I needed to call Ray at Wyrick Mechanical. I contacted them and setup an appointment. Best decision!! Ray came out and was extremely personable and professional. He took a deep dive into my unit and provided some great pointers and advice. He found a part that he said should have been found by prior company awhile ago. He ended up driving to a location to pick up the part that day and came back and put it in. He did not recommend a new unit at the time, but would send over a price so that we had it. His price was very reasonable! We will be using Ray and Wyrick Mechanical moving forward! Highly recommend!

Ray has been doing the seasonal maintenance on our units for several years now. He is dependable, professional and personable. This year we needed to replace a unit and because we trust Ray so very much, we bought the new unit and had it installed through his company. Wyrick Mechanical is who we use for our HVAC service company. We had an older system that we just kept piecing together and Mr. Wyrick suggested that we replace the system instead of piecing it together and putting more and more money into it. We finally took his advice and it was definitely the best decision we made. We had the new system installed, it lowered our power bill and came with a programmable thermostat that once programed I never had to mess with it. They come out twice a year for maintenance and he is very accommodating to our schedule. I refer Wyrick Mechanical to all of our family and friends.

I can't recommend this company enough! Ray was incredibly helpful, professional, and effective in fixing our issue. We were working with another mainstream company for several weeks, who were unable to fix the issues we were having. Within 30 minutes of looking at the furnace, Ray was able to diagnose the issue and schedule to fix it. It is an amazing feeling to finally have working heat!!

Ray and his workers did a great job, they were very punctual and did fantastic work.  They covered our floors with drop clothes to prevent any damage to our hardwood floors.  He didn't leave until he was comfortable that everything was wired correctly and the thermostat was working properly.  We have not had any problems with our new system.  In fact this system that he recommended has saved us money in our electric bill.  I would recommend Wyrick Mechanical to anyone. <br>

The house seemed to start cooling better

They always seem to find a way to fix it rather than replace it.  The replace day is coming soon enough but I appreciate that they always seem to have my pocketbook in mind as we try to extend the life of my system. <br /> I'm always comfortable to have them in my home and always feel like I'm getting honest answers.
