Excellent service

We had a condensate pump malfunction and put a strain our upstairs AC compressor and burned up the circuit breaker box which took the downstairs AC out.. Trent came out that evening and worked in dark to diagnose the problem and get the downstairs AC going. Trent said he could just replace the breaker box and condensate pump and keep it cheap and the upstairs AC compressor may be okay. The upstairs AC was 15 years old and I had been expecting it to go out for the past couple of years. Trent gave me a great price to replace the unit and go from a 2.5 ton to a 3 ton unit (the 2.5 ton unit was undersized and had struggled for years. Trent had a crew out 2 days later to install the new Bryant unit, plus replace the condensate pump, replace the circuit breaker box, and add some new duct work for a bonus room that had previously not been ACed. The crew was very efficient and had us cool that day and they cleaned up everything when they finished. The were very nice and polite. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience and we believe that we got a good deal. Innovative Mechanical is highly recommended. Also, I am very please with Home Advisor. Its my 2nd time to use and on both occasions we had a pro lined up within 5 minutes of hitting send. Both times, I got a great deal and a great experience. I had previously used Angie's List and had 2 bad experiences with one remodel being a $11,000 disaster. Thanks Home Advisor.
