We’ve used ACE Tech through for most of our home HVAC system repair/maintenance, heating system repair for years, and they’ve been consistently excellent. The technician is highly professional, shows up prepared, and takes the time to explain what’s going on and what the options are. They respond to inquiries quickly, pay attention to the details, and the work is always done right. Highly recommend.

ACE Tech upgraded our still fairly new HVAC system by installing a filter rack between the air handler and the return box to make filter changes easier for me to handle. This was clearly a difficult non-routine modification that I wanted done. Among many other steps, they had to raise the furnace, set it on foam blocks and then fit everything back together. Ali and his technician did a superb job. They paid attention to every detail like I've never experienced before when I hired a HVAC contractor. I highly recommend ACE Tech.

The entire crew was fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and communicated throughout the entire install the status and what they were doing and when they expected to finish. It's been one week since ACE TECH installed a replacement HVAC and water heater in our home. 10/10 would use ACE TECH again. Ali came for the initial assessment. Communication was clear. Pricing was competitive. Entire project took about 4 hours on the day of install. Both HVAC and water heater were confirmed working before ACE TECH left. Both systems have been working as expected, very well, since then.

These guys answered the phone fast, were quickly available but also flexible with my schedule, and were friendly and upfront about my repairs. We settled on a price that I thought was more than fair, and they were quick to come back out and complete the work. 3 people in total came to my house, and they couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. I was very pleased with my experience overall.

Best people in the bussiness! My wife is ill and I needed 2 brand new units for my home. These guys came in with covers on their shoes and we didn’t even know they were there. They brought so many guys they finished both units in one day. They were kind and professional and understanding to my wife’s condition. Highly recommend this company! Excellent experience with them when replacing an AC and furnace. Super fast response times and very professional. We called the night our AC unit stopped working and first thing in the morning someone came out and even worked with us over the weekend to finalize quotes. If I could give this company ten stars, I would do so gladly. I've struggled with our home hvac unit for several years now despite the unit only being less than seven years old. Even had to replace our floors once because of a leak due to the hvac leaking. I've had several other companies come out anytime I had an issue. They would fix my issue just to have it happen again months later. Recently our hvac went out during one of the hottest week of the summer so again I was on the hunt for someone to come out. I called 4 or 5 companies and some answered some didn't and the ones that did answer couldn't come out for days. I called ACE Tech and they came out the next day. Ali explained in detail why I was having so many issues with our hvac and until the root cause was fixed, I would continue to do so. Ali and his crew are amazing, very professional, thorough and great at what they do. The job was completed in two days and the price was very reasonable. I'm so excited to have found ACE Tech and I'm sure anyone else having hvac issues would be too. Without any doubt do I recommend this company to anyone.

Merry Christmas My HVAC went out very early this morning. it was in the 50s inside my house. I called all of the large companies in Atlanta and most of them didn't have anyone answering or covering the phones. some of the smaller companies at least had someone answer, but they they were booked solid for emergencies until tomorrow. Earlier I posted and asked if anybody had any emergency recommendations for a good HVAC technician to help diagnose and repair my furnace today. A neighbor recommended a company called ACE TECH and today on Christmas Day, I called and a gentleman named Ali was at my house in 30 minutes. He fixed the furnace in about five minutes. My heat is back on now!! Christmas dinner is back on with family coming over! The charge was $50.00 of course I gave him more because it was Christmas and that's just exceptional service. He also discovered a large carbon monoxide leak in the older duct work that he will fix this week. highly recommend Ali -

Ace-Tech is very quick to respond to my request on our AC issues. They came and diagnosed very quickly on the issue with the capacitor. The whole service to replace faulty component was done in short period of time. The technician (Noshad) is very knowledgeable. Thank you for your help.

My ac unit fan was not working at all after turning on the thermostat, and there was no air blowing through the vents. I randomly called ACE TECH and Ali and his colleague came in on time and did a great job in getting my ac fixed and running in excellent condition now. Extremely efficient and professional.
