Ace & A did wonderful work. They replaced my whole unit and were very efficient. A representative (Fred) even came back the next day to set our temperature on a schedule at my wife's request. I will recommend Ace & A to anyone.

Ace and A (in the Atlanta area) are a wonderful company to deal with. Their customer service is A+++. They communicated about every visit with calls from the office to remind us and from the technician to pinpoint his time of arrival. Jermaine the engineer knew so much and helped explain what he was doing and why. He worked very hard, had years of experience, and was a true perfectionist. A very pleasant young man. We also received “over and above” customer service from Carol in the office. She alerted us that the unit was still under warranty (which she didn’t need to have done) and saved us quite a bit of money. We are very grateful for all the help she gave us. We highly recommend this company - a small family firm with excellent skills and customer service.

Being a curious person, all my questions were answered during the installation by the team leader. The team installed the unit and cleaned up nicely when done. In the morning the unit did not work properly. I called Ace & A whereupon someone came at the schedule time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. It sounded like a minor problem that the installers overlooked, perhaps they were distracted by all my questions. No one gets through this life without making a mistake. Because Ace addressed this oversight immediately, I'm wholly satisfied with company and would recommend them in a heartbeat. The new furnace works perfectly.

ACE & A has serviced our HVAC system bi-annually for years, fitted a new furnace and humidifier 2005, occasionally called out when something goes wrong. Service has sometimes varied over the years with different staff, but has been great over the last few. Great admin support from Carol, and love our regular maintenance person Jermaine, who is experienced, cheery and no fuss.

Ace & A installed our system during a renovation several years ago. They have been great to work with on the couple of issues we have had. Good communication on appointments and arrival times and their service techs are awesome!

From the first call into their 24 hour message system the responder that got back to me was helpful. Fred the technician, who accessed the problem was knowledgeable, honest and professional. Carol, the scheduler, went out of her way to schedule my repair, to ensure I had the least possible downtime. Experience very good constdering the problem with my furnace. My service man was very polite and knowledgeable. The office person I spoke after hours was very helpful and the daytime office person was very helpful.

I've been using them for several years now. They were referred to me from a friend who is a realtor and has used them often in his work. I'd been completely dissatisfied with my previous company - another local HVAC service company. Aces & A HVAC are professionals and treat their clients as a professional should. Ace & A were great. Called me and made sure I was available after booking and before my appointment. Jermaine was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all their prices were fair and reasonable especially considering the speed with which I was able to get my HVAC issues sorted.

I dont uselessly leave reviews about other hvac companies but ive been going behind Ace and A for many years. I recently ran a call as a 2nd opinion. The property owner was told the system was frozen because it was completely out of refrigerant. The system was frozen due to the evaporator coil and air filter being dirty and not only was the filter dirty but it was the wrong size. Ace had been doing the maintenance for a few years. I hear the complaint that they can't respond to customer quick because they don't have enough employees. They can't get or keep employees because they're a low paying company that doesn't have benefits.

Mr Fred my technician arrival time was 9am - 1pm. He arrived at 10:50 am. I have used Ace for the last several years for my annual heating service. Mr Fred has been my service person. Always professional and pleasant very knowledgeable really appreciate his feedback office staff is A one with customer service

Fred was out today to do our seasonal checkup for heat. Great service and value. We highly recommend Ace & A HVAC and have used them for years.

Terrible. We have a relatively new unit (2nd year) that was sold to us as being really good. The mechanism that directs the air flow broke completely. Tech, who seems very competent, told us that the part that broke was junk. We arranged for him to come back and replace it for a labor only charge of $279. We were on the 9:00 to 1:00 time slot so I waited all morning. He finally came at 2:00 and was done by 3:00. Is the labor charge really $279/hour? So it took 6 hours of my time and less than 1 hour of his. Basically the company caused a waste of the full day for what was a simple repair. Why?

Tech showed up earlier on confirmation by home office and being familiar with my unit confirmed that 20 (?) year old furnace (installed by Ace & A) was running fine. He was prompt & knowledgeable.

My AC unit went out, I called a company someone had referred me to. Contacted them, they came out an tested the thermostat, the furnace, AC. They finally determined it was the capacitor, and It would be a week before they could come back out and replace it. My family weathered the heat, only to get to next week and the technician still could not fix it. I was angry and disappointed and requested the technician put all the parts back together and leave. I had forgotten a acquaintance, Tim was a part ACE. I contacted them Saturday and got on the schedule for Monday. The technician came out and the unit working in 30 minutes. I am a fan for life! I have been a customer of ACE & A for over 20 years. They are a small family-owned business who operate with the highest level of integrity and provide quality service! Fred is my service person, and he is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I trust him and know he would not recommend any additional services I wouldn't need. They installed 2 new units (energy efficient) for me back in 2010 and they are both still running strong!
