Technician Vu Tran provided "excellent quality customer service" as he has always for the last 3years that "he" has serviced my system.

Reese did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. I can tell he has an excellent work ethic. He explained everything clearly and honestly gave us all options for repairs without being pushy or trying to steer us in any particular direction. I trust his recommendations and would recommend him to anyone for service.

I always request Vu- he was the first tech to service our home, and he was great so I just ask for him. He's very punctual, polite and knowledgeable! Couldn't ask for more!

As expected I have used Comfort Contol Heating & Air for the last three years. In particular technician Vu Tran. He provides quality customer service and always explains the service and answers my questions.

The tech they sent was very professional and did a thorough evaluation of everything and explained everything very well. The service was fine. The thing to be warned about with these guys is the pricing. He recommended and put on a fair amount of pressure to approve $4,000 worth of work on my system. As an example, he wanted to put in three “hard start” kits on my compressors and charge $375 per kit. This is a sub $50 part and takes a pro a few minutes to install. I just had a competitor do it and cost me $200 total. In fact, the competitor did almost everything that Comfort recommended for $500. Compared to Comfort’s quote of $3,000 for the same work. Oh wait, they would take 10% if I signed up for annual maintenance program, ha. I’m sure they would do a fine job, but they are making an hourly rate of way more than a high priced Manhattan attorney per hour and AC maintenance isn’t rocket science. Beware, the prices are predatory.

Service Technician Vu Tran of Comfort Control serviced my system for the second time. Mr. Tran is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He provides information to the homeowner regarding the maintenance of their system. Vu Tran provided "quality customer service" and I will call on Comfort Control to dispatch Mr. Tran to service my system in the future.

They did not have to replace anything. I have a service agreement with them. The cost is fine too. Their professionalism is very good. They do quality work for me.
