We recently had Zone Heating and Air replace our entire HVAC system and the experience was fantastic. They provided several options for our new furnace without high-pressure sales tactics. The price was the best among all the proposals received. The installation team was professional and did an outstanding job installing our new high-efficiency Lennox system. They didn't just swap the unit; they identified a long-standing issue with our old ductwork and corrected it, vastly improving airflow so the new system could run at optimal performance. They explained in detail how all the equipment worked, even how to operate the smart thermostat, and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend Zone Heating and Air!

Home Zone set us up with a wonderful new HVAC system. Everyone we interacted with was great! Roderick was friendly diagnosing the problem, Jason was was very knowledgeable and personable talking us through options and checking on the process, Val was kind and easy to work with getting scheduled , and Barrett and Brian were so kind and respectful and worked hard for 2 days installing our new system (and Barrett won over our dog, and she can be a tough customer!). We are grateful to Home Zone and recommend them to anyone.

We have used Zone HVAC for routine service, several years now. Recently had to have one of my heat pumps replaced. The quote was fair, excellent response time, and an awesome job at replacement of both the indoor and outdoor unit. Mario and his guys provide a very professional installation. They even reworked some of the duct work, so that it made it easier to get to the unit. The entire staff at Zone are great folks. I would highly recommend.

Jason gave me an estimate on replacing my heat pump hvac system. He was extremely knowledgeable. I learned a great deal in our conversation. He wasn't just trying to sell me something, but made an accurate assessment of my needs and situation, and offered me a thoughtful proposal at a very good price. For unrelated reasons, I did not end up getting a new system from Zone, but would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for quality hvac services.

Technician was delayed due to earlier appointment issue. Worked out well with timing and kept up to speed with customer support. Great meeting Chris and he completed the tuneup thoroughly and with no problems. Was here after regular hours which are much appreciated.

Our upstairs AC wasn't working and I called Zone Heating & Air to see if they could fix it. They sent someone within an hour and had the system up and running again within 2 hours. Best service from a HVAC company that I've ever experienced!

JASON was EXCELLENT & TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL explaining the scope of work and giving an easy-to-understand quote [with absolutely no unwelcome surprises later]. MARIO and the installation team were EXCELLENT doing their work in timely fashion and with amazing skill. They showed up 10 minutes early and completed the job in less time than estimated. Was looking to have our heating/cooling unit replaced. Everything was great from beginning to end of the replacement. Jason came out to explain all the options that were available to us. Zone kept us informed throughout the whole process. The installers were prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend Zone to anyone needing service or installation.

In November, we switched to Zone Heating & Air. We couldn't be happier. Their representative, Chris Diaz, came out, did an inspection, and serviced our equipment. A few weeks later, we realized our unit wasn't providing heat. The forecast was for very cold temps. Chris Diaz came out that afternoon, discovered the issues, and did the repair immediately. Had it not been for Chris, we would have had no heat during those nights that were in the 20's and days in the 30's. I am very impressed with this company and particularly grateful for service reps like Chris.

Jason, Mario and the crew were top-notch all the way, fast and flawless. On top of that, their expertise was obvious and impressive. They took care of all the details of the project and made it easy for us with excellent follow-up to get us up to speed on our new mini-split system. They're now our go-to for HVAC.
