I had been having ongoing issues with the downstairs heating system. I had several contractors come out to inspect it, but none of them were able to accurately diagnose the problem. While I understand that my unit is very old, I still wanted to explore every possible option before giving up on it. I contacted this company around 6:00 PM, and the technician, Matt, arrived the very next morning at 8:30 AM. Based on my experience with Matt, I’m confident that the entire company is excellent. He didn’t just fix the issue—he thoroughly diagnosed the problem, identified the root cause, and explained everything clearly along the way. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Our outside unit stopped working last week. It was too hot to stay at the house and we wer making plans to find a place to stay But after calling Bill they came out with a few hours that evening after Matt finished his previous job.After checking oit the whols system , Matt was able to replace the condenser fan motor on our 25 year old ac system and it is working fantastic. He replace the filter and made sure the system was working. I would recommend Indoor Comfort Soulitims to everyone... the are professional and will come up with a solution to fit your needs

I have used Indoor Comfort Solutions several times to maintain my HVAC system and to do repairs as well. Bill is always very responsive to my calls and very understanding of scheduling needs. The previous reviews were right! I was in need of a new hvac system. I have 2 separate systems one for the main floor and one for the second floor. Both systems needed to be replaced due to age. I just moved to this area and wanted someone local. I started looking online, read all of the reviews and this company came highly recommended. I called on a Sunday night and received a call back within 2 hours. That shocked me. Bill the owner called and explained he wanted to confirm it was not an emergency. We scheduled an inspection to diagnose. The tech Matt came on time and spent nearly an hour looking at everything. He broke down my options. Bill sent me an estimate via email. We discussed over a phone call the next day and decided on replacement for the downstairs and a wait and see approach for the upstairs. They came on time, with floor covers and within 6 hours they had removed the system from the attic and replaced the unit on the outside. It was so seamless I decided to not wait on the second floor and called back the next week to schedule for the second floor. When there was a minor issue with my old thermostat I called and they were their next day to fix it at no additional charge. 10 out of 10 I would recommend and as long as I live in this area they will be my hvac company. Bill not only went through the process but he showed me and answered all my questions and concerns. It was a total tear out and replace of a 25 year old unit that for lack of better words was a disaster. He explained where my old system was lacking and why the failure occurred. He explained my options and recommend what we could do to make it not only more efficient but also how to keep it alive and healthy for years to come. I would highly recommend indoor comfort solutions to everyone! They are very knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. Matt and Brock are honest, hard workers and don’t stop until the job is done right. Very friendly too. Matt explained everything that they did in a simple and easy way to understand and even told me several tips and tricks to make sure my system is running smoothly. My wife and I are new homeowners and because of these guys I can rest assured that my HVAC system is safe to run and can do the job it was meant for. We had a great experience! We got several quotes for a new unit given the universal high cost of replacing HVAC units. We by far got the best deal with indoor comfort solutions. We had a very smooth experience with great communication and easy installation process. Our system was a mess (which all companies told us) and there were several problems to solve. They were experienced and knew how to solve every problem (some of which other companies did not know what to do about). We put off getting our HVAC system replaced for years and dealt with having no control over the temperature in our home for so long. I wish we just bit the bullet and fixed it sooner because we are very happy our upstairs is finally not super hot or super cold. Everybody was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend using them.

Is it possible to give more than a 5-star review for this business?? My first introduction to this fine bunch was in 2018: My first review from May 2018: "So, I come home after grocery shopping for the out-of-town guests that I'm expecting tomorrow. I walk into my house and think, gee, it feels a little hot in here. I see it's 80 degrees downstairs. That's odd, I think, it's set for 75, but chalk it up to it being 105 outside. So I go upstairs to change and get hit by a wall of heat while walking up the stairs! It's 94 degrees in our bedroom and, quite obviously, our upstairs A/C unit is not working. Ain't that JUST great. I have guests showing up tomorrow, it's 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, there's a heatwave the likes Atlanta has never seen before, so how in heck am I going to get someone to look at my A/C sometime before October????!! I call Indoor Comfort Solutions, fully expecting them to burst out laughing when I ask when they might come out to look at my A/C unit. Was I ever pleasantly surprised!!! Bill answered the phone, and when I explained my predicament, he said he had a tech in the area who could swing by and see what could be done. On a Saturday. In the middle of the worst heat wave ever. Sure enough, Ben shows up at my door about an hour later, quickly replaces the faulty part, charges me much less than I thought I'd be charged, thanks me, smiles and heads out to his next appointment. To say I am pleased with the prompt, courteous and above-and-beyond service of the crew at Indoor Comfort Solutions would be an understatement. THANK YOU guys! You deserve every star!!" In 2019, my unit gives up the ghost. The unit was almost 20-years old, I get it. I contact Indoor Comfort Solutions again. Bill writes me up a proposal for a new system that was MORE than fair. It's installed quickly and runs like a charm. Fast forward to 2024. I've since moved out of state, and am renting out my unit in Atlanta. My property manager contacts me, said his A/C guy told him the compressor went out and it would cost me A LOT to replace it. I advised my property manager that I had left him a list of preferred vendors, and Indoor Comfort Solutions was the only ones I'd let look at my system. I call Bill, and he sends Matt out to look at the unit. He quotes me a price that was 1/3 of what my property manager's A/C guy quoted him. There were some other things the other company did that would have further inflated my bill, and I let the property manager know about it. Anyway, Bill and Matt replaced the faulty compressor. All this was handled with me being in another state. They even handled contacting my renter for me. I really cannot say enough good things about Bill and his wonderful crew at Indoor Comfort Solutions. You want a company that exhibits integrity, fairness, honesty, common sense and an unwavering willingness to go above and beyond? Look no further. THANK YOU again, Indoor Comfort Solutions.

Temps were mid-80s. The AC was not cooling. We gave Indoor Comfort Solutions a call and within a few hours they were on-site and got our house cooling again!
