5 Stars – Sean/Shawn is Truly Amazing – Best HVAC Experience Ever! We recently had a bad experience with a big national HVAC company. A young tech came out, spent a lot of time on the phone, and gave us an ridiculously high price quote for our air conditioning problem. It felt shady and way off, so we got a second opinion from Atlas HVAC—and we’re so glad we did! Sean (the owner) came right over the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately, and fixed it on the spot at a fair, honest price. No pressure, no trying to sell extras—just straightforward, expert work. We were so impressed that we called him back for another issue later on. This time it was our blower motor. Again, he was Johnnie on the spot and jumped in and handled it perfectly) nailed the diagnosis, sourced the part fast, and had everything running smoothly without any delays. We can’t recommend Atlas HVAC enough—especially Sean. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about getting it right the first time. In an industry full of overpriced chain companies pushing unnecessary replacements, it’s refreshing to have a local owner-operated business like this. If you’re in Brunswick or nearby and need HVAC help, skip the big guys and go straight to Atlas. Sean and his team deserve way more than 5 stars!

Mr. Shawn is awesome! He answers calls and fixes issues in no time. He came by our house last year to fix our air conditioner during 102° heat. I have 2 kids under 10 and he literally saved us from the heat! Today was another emergency. Our heater wasnt working and its 52° outside. He was absolutely wonderful! Answered our call AND stopped by the same day! Helped us out on part costs and gives you plenty of options. My heater is up and running again. I 100% recommend him to anyone. Very professional and super affordable. He cares about his clients!

We are so grateful that Shawn was able to come to our business on a Saturday and fix our air conditioner that has its circuit breaker literally melted by power surges. This was an extremely dangerous situation that Shawn fixed for us. Highly recommend Atlas.

I’ve called them for several different issues, and every single time the service has been absolutely outstanding. Shawn is amazing. He is honest and doesn't try to upsale you on anything. My AC died on the only days it would heat up this week, and he was able to fix it in the same day. I'm not far off of needing a new unit, so when that happens, he will be my first call. Thanks Shawn!

Mr. Pitts arrived at our home quickly after we called. He diagnosed the problem and quickly had the heat pump working as it it should. His fee was fair for the excellent service. When we need HVAC service in the future we'll call ATLAS. Ray in Brunswick.

Can’t speak highly enough of Shawn. I was only in town for the day and noticed a problem about 3PM. I called him immediately and he was here by that afternoon (certainly a pleasant surprise) He thoroughly inspected the unit, explained everything he was looking for, as well as gave advice on what to look for in the future, and had AC running perfectly by the time he left. Saved me multiple days of worrying about it and not running unit til someone else could come out. Highest recommendation!

I talked with and met Shawn for the first time this past weekend. His responsiveness, technical expertise, and work ethic are all 5-Star quality! Shawn is a top notch professional. I have been putting off getting my ac repaired for almost a year. I finally started to call around to try to get an appointment for diagnostics. Atlas HVAC was the only one to answer the phone. Shawn not only diagnosed the problem, he made the repairs and did some preventative maintenance as well. But the best part (apart from the central air finally cooling again) was Shawn made the repairs within hours of my initial call and on a weekend!! My only regret is that I won’t need to call on him again. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and priced right. I highly suggest you give him a call!

Where do I start, I originally called a different HVAC company who came and misdiagnosed the issue which meant they wanted to change the AC compressor. Instead, I called Atlas HVAC and got in touch with Shawn who saved me over $500 by diagnosing and fixing the actual problem with my HVAC. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. In this post-COVID era, it is refreshing to know there are still good people and companies out there who pay close attention to detail and provide exceptional customer service.
