Excellent experience ! ! ! Personable, professional, knowledgeable and they were able to get a tech out within the HOUR, and this is mid June! AND it ended up just being the capacitor that needed to be replaced (whew, cuz this unit is very old), and it was very reasonably priced. I will be using Blount from now on!

Couldn't be Happier. I needed a new Heat Pump to replace my 20 year old unit. Called three places - all top tier rated providers in Athens and all three from the top two Brands by Consumer Reports (Carrier or Trane/American Standard). Blount came in a few thousand less than the next closest on a 15.2 SEER Unit. They worked with me to find the best solution for us. Couldn't be happier with Ivan and the team at Blount.

Only twice has our AC gone out since moving into our home—and both times, it happened during a July heatwave! I found Blount Heating and Cooling through Google, and the positive reviews led me to call. I'm so glad I did. They were able to fit me in the same day, and the technicians had us up and running with cool air within minutes of arriving. No excuses, no delays—just fast, professional service. Despite how busy they must’ve been handling other calls in this kind of heat, they made us feel like a priority. Oh, and the price was more than reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Call me a happy new customer—I’d absolutely recommend them and will call them again without hesitation.

Blount Heating and Air to the rescue! Our heating system was shutting off during these cold temperatures and Ivan was at our house in no time. The professional team over at Blount Heating and Cooling were called in to help us with a very specific issue at our office. This issue was something that could not be solved by any other professionals that came in to help. Our call to Blount was a call in desperation and we had almost lost hope that our issue could be fixed. Not only is our issue fixed, but the service and follow-up has been excellent from Tucker, Kingsley and the whole team. You have to call Blount for all of your HVAC / air quality needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Blount HVAC! They were always prompt and courteous even on holidays and weekends. We struggled with our AC units for years! It was awful. We called Blount when it finally was on its last leg and they replaced it for us. They found a unit that was perfect and one we could afford. Can I say AMAZING!! The service guys were on time and didn’t leave until we knew exactly what we had and how to set it on a timer. The owner, Tucker, also came to our house to see if we had any questions after installation. Our upstairs has never been so cool! The builder who installed the previous unit didn’t get one big enough for our space, did horrific duct work, and it was a relic. Blount installed a unit that not only cooled upstairs and downstairs but saved us over $100 per month! Talk about fantastic! Doesn’t get any better than that in my book!! ❤️ I would always use Blount and have recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Nick is my hero. I called another company first, and they said two parts were broken, one back ordered. Blount came to look immediately and diagnosed a faulty circuit panel. Nick went to four places to find the part so I had heat Christmas weekend. During my winter maintenance the congenial service man checked the filter on my heat pump. Super knowledgeable service. My wife and I contracted with Blount Heating and Cooling to install three new Heat Pump systems in three different properties in December of 2022. All three jobs were involved and one of them required Blount to replace an old 1960s era fuse box with a new electrical panel. All three installations were completed on-time and for the exact amounts quoted. The installs were impeccable. From the front office to the final cleanup, Blount's staff was some of the best we've ever worked with. A few days after the last system was installed, we got to put them all to an extreme test as the December 2022 blizzard rolled through bringing a low of 10 degrees. The systems passed the test, keeping us toasty warm through the Christmas holiday. I highly recommend Blount Heating and Cooling!

This family run business is the absolute best. They provide top notch service at an always fair price. Our unit recently went out during a heat wave. I know they were slammed with other customers in the same boat, but they were quick to work us in and get the problem fixed. Excellent all around.

Blount came highly recommended by a local contractor. And, they've more than lived up to our expectations. Recently lost A/C and called several companies that advertise heavily in Athens and Watkinsville. They all were out 3 days. After looking at the Blount reviews I called. There office staff was nice and was able to get a tech out the same day. Here was the great part, the tech Nick was on time. He solved our issues fast and his fee was reasonable. Nick was nice and straightforward. Going forward Blount will get all of my business because of service. Give Blount a try. These are knowledgeable nice folks.

Blount Heating & Cooling was recommended to me by my friend Penny who also used them. They came out and installed a new heat pump for me September 2016. I’m thrilled that I took my friend’s advice, they are excellent HVAC professionals; knowledgeable and much more reasonably priced than Stanfield! The office staff is friendly and always there to help whenever l call. If something comes up they get here quickly and work hard until the issue is resolved. I especially want to commend Ivan on always figuring out any unusual problem and finding the solution… I honestly think that he can read my heat pump's mind ;-) Yes, I highly recommend them!
