I highly recommend this company when I call them they came out exactly when they said they would be there. Steve found the problem and we had to order a part. It wouldn't be here for 2 days. He called me when the part came in and told me what time he'd be at the house. He was on time.Phone calls i ⁸highly appreciate. Most companies can't seem to do that. Steve went above and beyond with his service in installing a brand new air conditioner at our place. In triple digit heat he replaced all of our ductwork under our home because it was damaged and did not charge us for it. You want the job done right at a fair price call Steve! Thank you

After calling several a/c companies to try and solve an airflow issue, I called Bri - Tech and Steve came out whiten a few hours to go over my system. He got in the attic to look at my ductwork and found that my return air duct was smashed. The next day he came back and repaired the damaged duct. Now my a/c is now fully functional and working like never before, thank you Bri - Tech!

Steve from BRI Tech is simply the best I've ever experienced in last 15 years. He is not only the most experienced top notch technician but also one of the most honest person I've ever met. I've got couple of different quotes from other big AC companies in the areas and they said I needed $10K brand new AC system. But Steve from BRI tech was able to narrow down the issue in less than an hour and fix the root cause of it with incredible fraction of the cost compared to other companies. If anyone has any AC issue, pls make sure to have Steve check the system and I guarantee you'll be totally glad you did.
