My 4-point inspection came back failing because of my air handler producing too much condensation and rotting the wood beneath. (Old house, so it was in the attic and a bit of a mess). They quoted me $500 less than my usual AC guy, and did twice the work (previous quote was just for lifting it, replacing the wood, and adding a pan under it). Rafael is clearly an expert in the HVAC field. He ended up moving the air handler to its side, provided straps to suspend it from the roof trusses, provided a larger pan under it, and redid all of the ducts. I will be using them for all future AC work. We passed the reinspection with flying colors, and the inspector was impressed with the quality of the work. I have since had them blow in insulation above the second story of our house which would be bit of an oven during the afternoon. It has been a noticeable improvement. I’d say it’s rare to be this satisfied with an AC job, but the work quality for the price point was incredible and warranted this review from me. I highly recommend them.
