I needed a new dishwasher installed and they were unable to quote unless it had been assessed. There was a 67$ fee which would be deducted if I took up the quote. A very pleasant young man,David, came . The quote was 585$! I was shocked . I have used this company before and they were always competitive but this was just outrageous.

Happy customer! Excellent HVAC service! Called on a Tuesday. They graciously accommodated my schedule and sent a technician on Wednesday afternoon to diagnose. He quickly determined that the fan motor was broken. The office manager Crystal went out of her way to pick up the part on her way into the office Thursday morning. She also worked with Lennox on warranty coverage for this part. Tech installed and had it up and running early Thursday afternoon (again, accommodating my schedule). Office staff and technician were all very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, courteous and sympathetic. Very prompt on appointment time as well! My only complaint was that, although they informed me of their hourly charge up front, the way it was calculated wasn’t explained. All in all, even with the $50 warranty filing charge, the total cost was very reasonable.

My 93 year old mother's A/C quit working so she called Premier and Derrick came nice and early on a Sunday morning and repaired it very quickly. Their prices were very fair and Derrick was polite and informative. I live 1000 miles away from my dear mother so it is such a good feeling knowing that she has an honest company to help her.

My a/c quit working the night before my daughter's birthday party(witch is the end of June!) Premiere had a tech out first thing in the morning and had the unit up and running in plenty of time to get the house cooled before the party. The technician aka life safer, was very knowledgeable and professional And it didn't cost me an arm and leg!

After my son broke the handle to the bathroom faucet with the water running and then the shut off valve under the sink broke off with water shooting out everywhere!! My wife was home alone with my kids so I called Premier Plumbing, they were there quickly replaced everything and explained everything to my wife. They were professional and knowledgable. I have since recommended them to some of my neighbors that have also had great service!

Premiere plumbing was top notch. Mike who came out was timely and efficient not to mention very personable. You know sometimes we hold our breath with getting a service call but I can exhale. Thank you for a job well done. I will not hesitate to call again when the time comes. Mike

Called them to repair AC unit. Told them outdoor unit was buzzing and freezing over. They charged me 128$ to tell me nothing was wrong we just needed more freon. Problem persisted the next day, unit running without pumping air, and they want to charge us again because they didn't know how to fix the problem the first time. Absolutely will not use them again.

Our AC went out, we realized when we got home from work. We had several calls out and they returned our call. He was here in 30 minutes, replaced our capacitor and we were good to go. Great price, excellent service. Would recommend them to anyone!

I have used this company for HVAC twice before and never had an issue. I called them because the water main to my house broke. I screen shot my phone for proof. I called at 5:59pm, it is now 9:31 pm and I have yet to hear back from this company and I have called their after hours answering service 3 times. As good as Mr. Kim is with HVAC, I will never use nor recommend this company ever again. I still currently have no running water in a home with 3 small children. Unfortunately I work in a field where we do not have the luxury of blowing off people. Big thumbs down. This review is only for others reading. This company will never get another penny from me.

I had Premier Plumbing replace a kitchen faucet in December 2022. Charge was $98. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced in January. Charge was $309. Total ripoff. Stay away

Premier Plumbing has taken care of our plumbing needs for more that twenty years. They schedule to fit our agenda. The plumbers are always courteous, efficient, and neat. They have made good suggestions to make our lives better.

Homeowners beware, not only do they Not stand behind their products and refused to repair the faulty water heater they installed, but actually referred us to other plumbers to resolve their poor customer service. Will never do business with them again and noor should you.

The tech was on time and very professional. He did the ac check up in a timely manner, even had my turn on the heat which is something a previous company did not do. Would use Premier Plumbing and AC again!

Excellent service. Sandy offered suggestions to reduce the cost of the project we were facing (outside leak), and when they came back to begin the work, the guys found the leak right away, thereby saving us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend. Thanks, guys!

My pipes seized behind my washer! Could not attach new washer. Called Premier Plumbing and AC the next day Marti came and did whatever magic he had to do and all is well! Kind, professional, reasonable! Highly refer them!
