From the interaction with the estimator through completion of installation, Powell employees were thoroughly professional. The estimate was clearly explained to us. The installation crew worked steadily and responded to our questions knowledgeably. Clean up was impeccable. We have exactly the right system for us - no more, no less. There was no sales pressure. No games such as one company played—raising the asking price and then offering a discount if we purchased within two days.

Seth with Powell was very polite and efficient. I recommend Powell and Seth 10 times out of 10. Great company for a fair price.

I have been dealing with Powell HVAC for 19+ years. They are professional, prompt and experts. They have had most of the same employees for those 19 years. Their people do not leave Powell HVAC. David Stewart and Brad did an excellent, quick and clean installation of my UV system today. I will NEVER deal with another HVAC company!

Very smoothly done. Highly professional team. David was the lead installer. Cleaned up afterwards. Had a concern the next day and they came immediately and spent 2 hours checking everything again. Nothing was malfunctioning but they adjusted the s stage operation to reduce the humidity early in the cooling cycle. They even checked the heat strip functions on a 95 degree day. I use Powell exclusively for HVAC.... they provide for a labor and parts warranty for 10 years and up to 12 ears for one brand unit. Great job David.

It went great!!! The technician was at the house within a couple of hours, was very knowledgable and fixed everything! The price was great too! I even used the Angie's List Coupon posted on the site. I still have 1 maintenance job left for the home as I purchased 2 for the year.

We have a service contract with them.  The cost of the visit was included in the service contract.  I don't really have any comparison on cost but I don't have any problem with it.  I was talking to them about fixing a problem with the bedroom, which didn't seem to get enough air, so they went in at no charge and analyzed the problem and told me what it would take to fix it.  And then, in my mind, went above and beyond the call of duty and said if you put this off for three months, it'll be cheaper because it'll be Winter and we don't get as much calls for work at that time and we lower our rates.

I am very happy with the cost and installation I received from Powell. My estimate was not bloated with extra costs and I was not pressured into any one brand of unit. Installation went very smooth and technicians were friendly and professional. My new ac runs cold and quiet and has an excellent warranty. I chose a 2 stage heat pump for extra comfort and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Out of all the estimates I received locally, Powell was the only one not to add numerous and expensive line item costs. I feel they are honest and won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We're just kind of in the maintenance stage; they're scheduled to come again in about a month or so.  We're very happy with them.  We had another company and I can't remember the name; we did not like them. They were like rank amateur.  They were out of Jacksonville - I don't remember the name.  That's why we switched to using Powell.  We bought a whole new unit and everything and just very happy with Powell.  It took probably two days to complete the work. Everything was fine; had no problems whatsoever.

Very well. Andrew gave us an estimate and the installers were great. We needed before, during and after pictures for our files, especially since an insurance claim.

Very responsive - took down details carefully during initial call, repairman (Jeremy) was out first thing the next morning. Cleaned drain lines, installed new float switch in upstairs unit. Jeremy was courteous and professional and offered helpful advice. Costs were explained up-front. I would recommend this company and will use them again in the future if needed.

They're very responsive. I would use them again without a doubt. I had to call them a couple of times for a breakdown and they were out here quickly. They analyzed the problem very quickly. They were very fair on the pricing considering they were out here at night time.
