We had an excellent experience! Jon came out the same day we called, diagnosed the problem right away (a leak in the coils), and recharged the AC so we wouldn’t be without cooling while waiting on management company approval. Once approval came through late Friday, he was here first thing Saturday morning with a brand-new unit. He was professional, clean, and efficient. Everything is working perfectly, and he gave such a fair price that the management company didn’t even get a second quote and now plans to use him for other jobs. Highly recommend!

Called about a compressor failure in the evening, and they were responsive, professional, gave me a quick quote at a great price and arrived early the very next morning to repair my AC. Our AC failed about a month ago and these guys installed a new package unit for us. They were a pleasure to work with. John was great about getting us on the schedule quickly and gave us a great price. The installation was smooth and the new unit looks and works great. The crew and everyone I dealt with was very professional and did an awesome job.

Based on the Google reviews, I contacted this company on a Saturday night with hopes for a Sunday appointment. I communicated via text with Chris and he was able to arrange for one of his technicians to come to my home. On Sunday, John came out as promised and was able to diagnose the problem with my AC, letting me know the part was not available until Monday. John and Chris were able to get the part and coordinate with me to have it installed on Monday after work. John was excellent. He was polite and efficient. He provided me with updates and was able to complete the job quicker than expected. If you need AC work do not hesitate to contact this company.

Great company. Called them when our AC went out last night and John came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem with our AC in minutes. Fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes for almost the same price that another company wanted just to diagnose the problem. Highly recommend this company.

I called 4 ac places, and no one could come right out to look at my ac .l called Premier Comfort .They were great and sent Jon right out. He was here in 20 minutes. He was wonderful and talked me through everything he was doing. I am so thankful we had air back .I will call him next time.

John replaced my unit four years ago and provided excellent service then and today, on a Friday evening, he showed up within an hour and had the AC fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend Premier Comfort for all of your AC needs!

My air conditioning broke down recently. I contacted Premier Comfort during the weekend and received an estimate for a complete replacement immediately. It was a complicated installation involving a crane as the condenser unit was on the roof of a five story building, but the price was very competitive . John and Nick carried out the installation and were meticulous in their work. Communication with the owner was fantastic throughout. I absolutely recommend Premier Comfort particularly for anyone living in Celebration’s Mirasol complex.

Julio is very honest, reasonable, incredibly respectful, and price was nearly 30%+ cheaper than 3 other places called. I've had issues with the install that were unique and he comes out, no argument, no additional charges, and takes the time to troubleshoot concerns and explains what happened with great patience. Outside of the first initial issues he fixed, unit is now a year and a half old and doing fantastic.

These guys are amazing. They work very well with you. Everybody should go to them. They are the best. John is the best great company totally would use them 100%. This is a wonderful company. They installed my Mini Split AC, I hadn't purchased from them. The other companies I had delt with in the past, all refused to install this is a I hadn't purchased it from any of them. Premier guys were great!! They even came on a Sunday because I had company coming and really needed this installed. They did a fantastic job and even cleaned everything and disposed of all the boxes. Thanks again guys and it will continue to call you for all my AC needs!!

After 3 visits from another vendor, we finally got Carlos from Premier! He worked for several hours (past 10 pm) and even left to get the part that we needed to make sure that the job was complete. He was professional, kind, and relentless! After 2 weeks with our house at 90+ degrees-He was a true blessing. Carlos is the best AC tech ever!

OMG!!!! If could give 10 starts I would! I texted this company at 8:00pm on a Friday, and got a response back within minutes. A Technician was out to my house in well under 30 MINUTES! My air conditioner was fixed and back up in running by 9PM. That right - from first contact to resolved issue in 1 HOUR (And it was an after hours emergency call). and as an added bonus the total job cost less than what another company quoted me just for an after hours visit, before any parts! Make these guys your first (and last) call.... They are that good

They provide very prompt service, are so easy to work with, very trustworthy. We really couldn't be happier with regards to our A/C equipment. Here in Florida, having the A/C go out can be dreadful, but knowing these guys are just a phone call and quick trip away provides us with a premier level of comfort.
