Phoenix's quote was reasonable and competitive for a 11 EER unit. They were on time and efficient. At first the unit was not working properly and they came back and corrected the situation within a reasonable timeframe.

The workmanship was great and the team was professional

Showed up very quickly for service call when our AC went out. Put in a temporary motor for old AC to hold us for a couple of days until new AC could be installed. Friendly, not pushy, cleaned up after themselves. Answered all our questions. Reasonably priced. Carry all the big name brands of AC.

Got the installation done in about 4 hours, and were very polite young men. Wife thought the fan was too loud after she arrived home later, so I have asked that the fan speed be reduced. Waiting for action on this request, but have been promised a visit within the week.

The guys at Phoenix went above and beyond in removing and replacing our A/C ducts. I had other companies tell me that they had to wait until winter time to replace the ducts because my attic was too hot. Phoenix was up to the task and they did it quickly, without making a mess, and really making sure that the whole installation went well. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a rare company! Not only is the office staff(Kristen)so pleasant & friendly but the tech's are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. As an unheard of benefit, Phoenix brought out a used unit to keep me cool until the install- just old fashioned great customer service ! To top it off, their rates are wonderful! I strongly recommend Phoenix Air!
