Recently I was out of town and had someone staying at my house when my A/C stopped working. I reached out and they were able to get a technician out to the house within hours. The fix was quick and easy and they didn't break the bank when I got the bill either! My house guest said the technician was professional and pleasant and got the repair done quickly so the house could cool down quickly which is important in the hot summer days of August!

I saw some water stains starting to form around some of my vents and gave them a call to come check it out. They scheduled my appointment for the next day. Cason was my Technician and he was fantastic! He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me tips to keep my HVAC System running smoothly which was very helpful. Highly recommend for any HVAC issues!

Jeremy, the on call guy for my area, this guy is the only reason my family will sleep tonight. The house is cool and so is my temper. This guy solved my problem in under 5mins. He was professional and accurate… not to mention tolerant of a/c ignorance. This company comes highly recommended by me because if Jeremy and the way he handled my situation. This was a problem that happened at 10pm so well after business hours. Someone answered the phone immediately and promptly handed my contact information over to the guy who saved the day… or the night. I couldn’t be happier with this experience.

Let me say they came the conquer and destroyed the heat in my house on a very Hot 100 degree Florida day! Shawn did a fabulous job and made sure we had cool air before leaving. Just so you all know I dont normally put a company in phone...but they did such an awesome job. I WILL BE CALLING BACK!

Rob did a quick but through diagnostic to determine the root cause of our problem and had our AC blowing cold again in no time. Also, he was very helpful in offering various maintenance tips. Highly recommend Northwest Florida A/C and especially Rob. Great job sir!!

First off Thank you NW Florida A/C for saving me $1,280! So I first started with OnTime Service as my AC repair, but then quickly realized I needed to find a different company and how’s how I found NW Florida A/C. The OnTime Service team came over to work on to look at my broken AC last week. First they said it was a broken circuit board, then it was a contactor. In the end I paid $640 just to find out I’d need to pay an additional $2180 to have the coil replaced. At this point I decided to call around and get a second opinion. After calling around I found NW Florida AC and they came and took a look. However, instead of quoting $2180 like OnTime did, this new company quoted $900. They also said the initial $640 was too much. The NW Florida A/C team were punctual, professional, quick, and they were not trying to take advantage of me due to not being a local and it being hot out. Thank you NW Florida A/C!

Cason was great! Very knowledgeable and detailed in his work. I wouldn’t want anybody, but Cason working on my unit.

Very good service would recomend this company to anyone my service tec was Cason he was awsome very profsional and honest will deffentally request him again in the future.

Whichever tech drives from quintette Rd every morning pulls out in front of people this has happened numerous times. One day he will get hit Old and paying too much attention to smoking his cigarette

northwest Florida A/C has been my go to for years for my air-conditioning service. i have been their customer since 2012. recently i had to get a service call because a/c was not working and they sent out a technician who was superb . comes out that i need a new unit inside and out as mine was out of date and could not be fixed due to code and new type of freon being used on install day Rob and Tim came out and were super . fast and worked clean and got it done in a few hours . and payment was super easy with their office staff. a big thank you to all at NORTHWEST FLORIDA AIR
