Air Design Systems

I have used Air Design Systems for years and cannot say enough good about them! Today is Sunday and my AC went out. I called them and Mike Heff was able to come out right away, which was fantastic because I’m a caregiver for my stepdad who just went into the hospital. I cannot say enough good about Mike! He took care of the problem right away, as well as giving me some advice on other things I could do to help prolong the life of my system. I first began using Air Design Systems in 2018, when I had a major water pipe leak, and was caring for my mom who was in hospice at home at the time. I’ve called on them several times since then, and they have always been quick to respond, very knowledgeable, gave me a good and fair price, and the technicians have always been very professional, friendly, and helpful! My son who is located in Pensacola, also now uses them due to poor service he had from a different supplier, and he also has no complaints! They took care of an issue that the other supplier claimed to have fixed, but did not. I can honestly say this is a very trustworthy, good organization, and I cannot thank them enough for all of their continued excellent service!💞🐅

Steve and Zach were out to work on our units and as always did an excellent job. Steve is extremely knowledgable and informative. When Steve shows up I feel confident that the work will be done right. Zach is very professional and worked with us at other locations. If this team shows up you are in good hands.

I cannot say enough about Air Design and the quality and service from their staff. I called Air Design to repair a broken water line in my neighbor's home when her husband had tragically passed that morning. Jacob and Tyler were extremely sensitive to the circumstances, and quickly resolved the issue. Their compassion was noted by my neighbor in how they handled the issue and worked with her. Additionally, when the company that was to complete the work on installing a water heater failed to return calls once the water was restored, I once again reached out to Air Design to complete the work. They were there first thing the next morning and completed the work originally started by another local company. 2 days since the other company has yet to return a call after being told of the undue circumstances surrounding the installation. Air Design will ALWAYS be my go to company. Amazing staff and services from the office to the teams on the road.

We can't say enough good things about air design and its employees. We had a major clog in our plumbing and after several hours of trying to unclog it we gave up. We called air design and we had someone at our house within an hour. This was literally 9PM. A gentleman named Patrick arrived with a smile on his face and a true willingness to help us get the problem solved. He was very knowledgeable and told us everything he was doing and how it all worked. Within a few minutes of his arrival he had the clog out and had our water flowing once more. We can't begin to thank not only Patrick but Air Design as well for the professional work that was performed at our house. You will always be our first choice going forward in the future. Thank you Patrick, your a life saver.

Called Air Design with a non working Geo Thermal HVAC not cooling. Calkedcat 4 am - Technician “ Steve Chambers” and his partner showed up before 12:00 noon. Figured it out - cleared drain lines and checked everything - All good now. Thank you Air Design and Steve Chambers and his assistant ( guy with really big feet!) are the BEST! I always call Aur Design for my home and rental properties whenever I need HVAC or Plumbing issues. Soon to be doing Electrical too I hear. They are the best most reliable in town and don’t charge extra for weekend service calls. Also if you are in their PM program they give an additional 10% discount on all repairs ! Hugs to all .. I’m chillin’ now inside at 72 degrees when it’s 105 outside. The BEST!

We just had Air Design out to do a preventative maintenance and Mike H (Heff) did an extremely thorough and excellent job! I appreciate all the time he took to explain things and he checked everything meticulously. I would definitely ask for him again. He has a very calm demeanor and is friendly. He's a great addition to the ADS team! Thank you!

Steve, Leslie Jr and Micah have been to our home recently for AC maintenance and each time they were all friendly, polite, patient, and thorough. We have used Air Design for close to twenty years and would never use anyone else!

Jacob is a phenomenal plumber and an excellent representative for your company. He fixed all three of our plumbing issues in less than an hour, had a great attitude and was probably the friendliest service tech I’ve had from any company!

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience! Air Design failed on every level — communication, professionalism, reliability, and workmanship. Promises were made and repeatedly broken. Deadlines were ignored. I was left constantly chasing answers and dealing with problems that never should have existed. The work itself was poorly executed and did not meet even basic standards, let alone what was promised. When issues were raised, they were dismissed rather than fixed. There was no accountability and no sense of responsibility for the problems they caused. The amount of stress, wasted time, and frustration this company created is difficult to put into words. This was not a simple mistake or misunderstanding — it was a pattern of neglect and indifference toward the customer. I strongly warn anyone considering Air Design to stay away. This company does not stand behind its work, does not respect its customers, and does not deliver on its commitments. Choose another company

Very pleased with service. Serviceman through and explained all well with tips for maintenance. Name changed to Climatech Professional Air. Been using company over 25 years and excellent work. <br />

It’s always been good for me. They always come when I call them. They're always on time.

I've used them before. They did good work and they came when they said they would come. They did what they said they would do and the price was reasonable.

They are nice and friendly people who understand me well. I had a question about some of the work that was done - it was actually done quite well. There was just one area of insulation that I saw was kind of ballooning up. I thought there might be a leak underneath it. I made an appointment and it worked out good. I called them out and they were on time. They stopped by this evening and looked at it. They will be back on Friday, and will pick all that insulation off and set anything right that is causing it. They are good people. The price was good too. They came out with an estimate which I thought was a little high. I negotiated and got it lowered by $300. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to anybody.

I was satisfied. It was in a condo and the tenant complained about the AC not working. It turned out the main switch was turned off and they found it right away. They only charged me the normal service charge. I'd say they are honest, some companies may have tried to charge additional.

We had another company come out first and they were very dishonest. We called Professional Air and the technician was very honest and professional. We needed our system cleaned and he did that, but we continued to have problems. The technician came out again (and didn't charge) and said the problem was actually being caused by the ice maker. He could have told us anything and charged extra money, but he was honest. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future. Great customer service, prices, etc.

Responded the same day, called me at work to allow me time to meet service person. Quickly diagnosed and fixed issue. Had parts in service truck.
