These guys are fantastic. I've been using United Air Temp for five years and they have caused all sorts of problems with my HVAC systems. United Air Temp broke my condensation drain line that lead to a leak and eventually a giant hole in my ceiling. Five weeks later when my drain line was clogged again, they told me the line had broken again and wanted to cut all sorts of holes in my wall/ceiling until they found the break. I told them thanks but no thanks and called Joel. Joel said no holes necessary and spent over five hours clearing the most disgusting gunk and rocks out of my drain line. I watched him pour at least five buckets of brown, gunky water from the drain line, and he kept saying "I'm not leaving until this water is clear." I've also had Joel and his team replace one of my HVAC units. When we ran into issues with the outside fan unit getting stuck, Joel came back the next day and replaced the entire thing AGAIN! He took full responsibility even though it was clearly a faulty unit, and even gave us a complimentary thermostat for the complications. I can't recommend Joel and Mister Cool Guy strong enough. I will never be using another HVAC tech for any job, big or small!!

Joel helped me to fix the heating system in my house, it kept turning down the unit and he got the issue, ordered himself the replacement and installed it. I am very happy to having a technician who knows very well about his job. He won’t make you waste time and money!

Honest & reliable and those are 2 things you NEED today. We hired Joel after he came and gave us a maintenance plan for our AC unit at our spa. We had 2 previous companies come take a look at our unit & they didnt give us the thoroughness that Joel gave us. I'm an electrical contractor and a friend of mine called me at 9:30p on a Sunday. Their AC failed and they had a big name AC company out to make a repair. The big name AC company told my friend it would be $24k to replace a 3 ton unit and tried to justify the price by saying they'd replace the copper lines and the concrete pad too. He asked for my opinion on the price. I told him it sounded like one of those big companies that pay for advertisements on billboards, radio and social media. I referred Joel from Mister Cool and he came out and identified the unit as only 6 years old with an unrepairable leak on the coil. He replaced just the coil and saved my friend over $20k. Joel is honest and fair.
