They put in Freon several times to try to fix it. After that didn't do the trick, they finally found the leak and it was right in front at the end of the coil. They ended up replacing the whole coil as well. I feel like I was grossly overcharged for this repair.

I called to report my issue with my 16 year old water heater and the next morning a service man came to my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted me a very reasonable price. He was able to order and install my new water heater on the same day and we received a few added safety features that were not installed with my old water heater. I highly recommend this company and their service department.

Ok, it took more than an hour to replace the fixture, wit standard ceiling height. $145 is pricy , For a $45 LED light fixture . I expect a professional to take 1/2 hour to replace and install.

We called to protest the estimate. We were told that the charge would then be $79 for coming out and $108-$120 for pressure testing our system. So $200 to give us a very overly-stated estimate. Avoid.

I called Ferran to come look at my parents AC unit which had quit working. My parents are in their 70's so I headed over to be there with them, when I got to their house the guy had been there about a half hour. He had told my parents that the fan motor needed replacing, and he was heading out to pick one up. My mother told me that it would be $1356.00. This immediately struck me as odd and the guy could tell because he tried to start showing me videos on his phone of what he said was their unit, and said that they could also get a whole new unit for $5800-$6000. I asked what that had to do with the fan motor and got no real response, and then he left. I got on my phone and called two different AC companies. Both told me the same thing: that not only was that price high, it was ridiculously high. At that point I called Ferran and asked to have the guy call us back to tell me what type of motor he was buying and that we thought the price was way too high. The girl said she would contact the dispatcher and have him call us back. Never called us back. He finally shows up about 45 minutes later and gets out of the van and all he says is that he is there to get his stuff. I looked at him and said that we hadn't decided what we were doing yet. Again, "I'm here to get my stuff." At this point he knew he was caught. I asked him if he had even brought the fan motor and once again I received no response close to being a yes. I told him all we had done was get a quote over the phone, and he asked how much it was for? I told him it was over $600 less and he said I would go with them, and then proceeded to grab his bag and go to his truck. I managed to ask him how much we owed him during his retreat and he said $79. So basically in a nutshell...he saw an elderly couple, tried to completely rip them off and then charged them $79 for the opportunity to do so. He did diagnose the problem and for that reason he was paid the $79, even though everyone I have told has said we should have never paid them anything. The scary part is that according to other negative review responses from Ferran here on Angie's List, they claim their guys don't work on commission. This means that this guy was taking advantage of my parents for the sole benefit of the company. This is directly copied from their website and is the first text you can read..."Our Promise: WE'LL NEVER SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED! Our sales and service people don't make commission." While technically they didn't try to sell them something they didn't need, even though he did offer them the opportunity to buy a new unit, the markup was shameful and the definition of gouging. On their website they have a contact the owner option, which I did over two days ago and heard back nothing.....not that I am the least bit surprised. I did leave the part of him trying to sell my parents a new unit out in the message to the owner...so now they know. I will be curious to see what it would cost my parents to have a new unit put in. Shameful that such a large company treat any customer like this, especially the elderly.

The guy show up at my house on time. He look at my garbage disposal and told me that I need it to replace. I told him that I bought one . He told me that for him to hook it up, he will charged me $260.00. WOW. Since I need to paid him anyway for the estimate I proceed with the rip off. WOW!!

When I received the quote for the work I was pleasantly surprised that it was lower than I had anticipated. When the ordered parts came in Ferran contacted me and the repair was scheduled. Justin came out again and got the job done with some help from Don with an additional section of repair not originally included in the quote but that had become necessary because of all the water leakage. Thank you Don for your contribution to that repair and your fairness in pricing. I really appreciate it. Because of the additional work they did by elevating the unit it was not necessary for them to install the condensate pump after all. I was very pleased with the work they did and the ease of communication with them when necessary. Thank you Justin for your patience, honesty and good work, Paula M.

It's only a year old, so the price was included in our contract. We have always been please with them. We would use them again. They installed two air conditioners for us and we have also used them for some plumbing and electrical work.

Plumbers were very nice, friend and made a several good suggestions. Work was completed quickly, they got here. They were 3 hour late from the time they told me they would've here. They did not do the ice maker water line which was the main purpose of the visit. A few hours later the kitchen cold water line started leaking. After hours services doesn't warranty work so I have to wait until tomorrow and not sure they will do the work done contract state Mon-Fri only on the warranty. Very frustrated. Will cancel ice maker water line work and try another plumbing company. Note: unless you are the first service call, you have no time window when they show up; no respect for customer time.

It didn't. The tech diagnosed the problem but didn't have access to the part needed to fix it. He asked the company to work with me on price for a return visit once I purchased the part and they said no. They were scheduled to come the day before I waited the entire day and got a call at 5:30 that they needed to reschedule for the following day between 8-10. I said fine. The tech arrived about 10:45. No one called to say he'd be late. The tech was very nice and sincerely wanted to help but could do nothing about it. Not his fault at all
