I have been dealing with Black Supply's for years. These guys are the best in the industry. All the guys will help you in any way they can. Bruce, Mutt and the other guys are always friendly. Keep up the great work Guy's.

Great place with helpful people. I needed a new AC condenser fan motor. I didn't know exactly what I was doing, but they helped me find the right parts and gave me some good advice.

Talk about dishonest. I special order some hard ducts and provide drawings with dimensions and received wrong part when it arrived at there store. Keep in mind I had to pay up front before they would order it. So they reorder again and again not the correct part and I never took possession of the part. Then they tell me they can't get it so I ask for my money back and they refused. Then when I said I would take them to small claims court if they wouldn't refund me they said there gonna charge $99 a month for storing the wrong part at there store. So I ask them for the wrong part and they said they don't even have it. So now I am out a little over $300. I could of use that money toward my daughter braces but I guess they need it more than I do. What a bunch of thieves.

Woke up to a warm bedroom and a burnt smell. Compressor and fan were running outside, but no blower inside. Removed and tested the run cap, and it seemed bad. MF, this was a week after I had to replace the outdoor cap! Began overnighting a cap on Amazon, but decided to try and find one locally. Blacks Supply opened at 6:30am. Called them and they had the cap in stock! $22. Picked one up from the very friendly staff who wished me luck, and an hour later, my A/C was blasting cold air again. Thank you guys!!

Been here twice for some components to fix up my unit and each time the guys working here were friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed
