Marcelo & Jaren just completed a service and install replacement at our house. I've gone through 3 ac companies over the years. They were some of the best guys to set foot in this house for a service! Don't look further give this company a try easy scheduling, fair pricing, no nonsense, nice people!

I had an entire system replaced by Jerren and Marcelo. They are very informative, considerate, respectful in both my unit and the neighbors unit while working. Made sure everything is on point and solid. Made this install/ repair easier to go through. Great job. Happy customer!

Service was excellent from the very beginning and all the way through the install. They were able to come out to diagnose quickly, patiently explained all of our options (after taking a good amount of time to run every test imaginable) and answered all of our questions. We decided to get a new system installed (instead of fix our 12+ year old one) and they were able to schedule the install for the next day. Install took about 6 hours and then they came and walked us through everything and how to work it. Overall best experience I've had with an AC repair yet (and we've had a lot in the past few years with our old system) - will definitely be working with them again!

Marcelo was personable, and educated us on our system while making sure it’s in tip-top shape after this hot summer we had! We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan for two visits a year, thanks again

Had Aloha Air out to look at my 2-year-old Rheem unit. I’d lost trust in the original installer and wanted someone I could actually rely on. Jeren showed up, was easy to talk to, didn’t rush, and actually explained what he was doing. Nothing pushy, no upsells. Just solid work and straight answers. Pricing was fair and upfront. Feels good knowing I’ve got a go-to now for HVAC stuff. Might even have them handle the water heater next.

After purchasing a new home with a rather old AC unit, after speaking to multiple companies about repairs or a replacement (all of which said to replace it without really explaining why), I had Aloha come give me their expert advice. Marcello walked me through every single piece of my HVAC system and really ran through the options for possible repairs or a new system. Because he explained how it all worked, better than any YT video will, I felt comfortable and confident in purchasing a new HVAC with them. He didn't try to upsell me to anything I didn't truly need and saved me thousands compared to the other companies. I cannot recommend them enough, as someone who manages a customer support team, I can confidently vouch for their customer first approach.

I had an excellent experience with Aloha Air! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, fixed the dual zone issue and installed a new zone board, and walked me through the entire process to ensure I understood what was done. Not only did Jeren and company provide top-notch service, but they also offered great advice on maintenance to keep my system running efficiently. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services!

Marcel was amazing and the company is honest and really cares about the customers. He explained everything and showed us the root cause and what needed to be done to repair. Prices are reasonable. He spoke very courteously and was professional and respectful by always addressing us with our sir names. So glad we used Aloha Air for install and support and maintenance services.

Jeren always shows up on time. Had a Daikin Fit and air exchanger install along with a duct additon to increase throughput. Great service and highly recommend them. They don't overcharge and repair only what is necessary. 10/10

Jeren and Marcelo are always professional and Prompt with their service. Any time I've had issues with my AC Unit they have repaired it in a timely and affordable fashion compared to other AC companies. Always willing to explain in detail what issue is going on and what it will take for a proper repair. They are my go to for HVAC repairs and installs and will continuously recommend them to Family and Friends.

I needed R-410A Freon and was quoted $120 a pound,. The cost runs $40 to $90 per pound per Google. Refill Cost: R-410A refills are generally less expensive than R-22, often costing between $100 and $320. Note: While R-410A is more readily available than R-22, it is also being phased out in favor of more environmentally friendly refrigerants. I asked for a quote to install a mini split but never received a follow up, because they want to sell you a new HVAC system instead. The tech was knowledgeable with 30 years in the industry and charged $95 for that review. When I called another company for a second opinion, they found I had no Freon left and charged $40 a lb to replace it. I would be very careful of these techs who only want to sell a new system. Notice how many reviews tell you a new system was installed after their visit.

Very punctual, very polite and very respectful. Went above and beyond to repair my unit and then took the time to explain everything that he had done. I highly recommend Aloha Air to anyone looking for heating and cooling units and service.

We’ve had a great experience with Aloha Air. When our A/C stopped working, they were able to have a look at it the same day. Marcelo was friendly and did a great job at diagnosing the problem and performing the repairs. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Once again Aloha Air delivered great service. Had them install a new AC back in 2021 at our former home and again in 2025 in our new home. They just helped with a clogged drain pipe and also did their best to fix the low lying pipe. We're very grateful to have found Aloha Air! God bless them!

This is the company you should call for HVAC repairs. We've had Marcelo on speed dial since we moved in a year ago, for everything from routine maintenance to a whole new system. They are very knowledgeable and honest.

I hired Aloha Air to put in a new unit and a mini split. Jeren and team are amazing! I had a couple of complicated challenges and Jeren talked me through several options and found solutions. Very high quality work. I can't imagine working with any other company. Exceptional customer service that is very hard to find today. Honesty, integrity and competitive rates. Highly recommend! Don't go with the big companies. You won't receive this level of service that goes above and beyond!

Aloha Air installed my unit a little over a year ago now, and we’ve had zero issues since. Even in the Florida heat, our AC cools quickly! They were professional, fast, and reasonably priced!
