Ryan was very informative and honest when it came to diagnosing my system for my maintenance, he explained the options of replacing or repairing what was found and wasn’t pushy at all he left the decisions up to me. I recommended him to multiple people bc I was so pleased with him and his service. Same day install for my New Unit ! Very pleased.

Ryan came to my home to swevice my elderly parents air conditioner and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and wasnt tryna hustle my parents due to their age. He was honest, competent and efficient. He came out the same day within hours of my dad calling him. Would definitely recommend. Ryan was a consummate professional. He represented Advanced Technology very well. He clearly researched our home very well and discussed our options. There was no hard sell technique at all. We found him to be very honest, clear, able to answer our questions in a very helpful manner. I wish more companies had “Ryan’s”.

Manny was sent to my home for a routine inspection. He checked my Carrier HVAC system in the attic and then went to my A/C compressor in the backyard. They are 5 years old and never had any issues. He told me the battery in my AC compressor was 40%. I believe he meant capacitor. He also didn't put the air filter back into the HVAC unit in my attic. 6 days later I notice a leak in my ceiling. Water coming from the ventilation duct, and the ceiling. Drip pan was over filled and pouring out. The quote he gave me that day was practically the cost of a new unit with installation, and all he found was mold. The air blows hot now, and I have had to call another company to come look at my unit. Buyer beware. If you choose to go with this company watch everything they do.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Being a new homeowner with no understanding of how the AC unit works, he educated me on ways to avoid future problems and best ways to maintain unit . He wasn’t a pushy salesman . Ryan and Derick were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me repair or replacement options with no pressure involved I chose to have them replace my existing 20 year old system with a new high efficiency package unit. Advanced technology came out to my home for me to get a second opinion when my current ac provider told me my unit was broken and leaking. Ryan came out to give me a second opinion and found that the other guy was taking advantage of me due to lack of knowledge Ryan did a leak test for me no charge and provided me with a full report on how my system was working and also the condition of my system. He provided me with solutions on some things he did find and made me aware of what needed to be done. I am thankful that Ryan provided me with professional service and was honest not trying to deceive me due to my lack of knowledge. Thank you Ryan I Recommend these guys for all HVAC needs.

Ryan came out to my home late at night to fix my thermostat and not only did he fix my issue I was having but he advised me during his inspection of my unit there was biological growth issue in my unit and provided me with solutions to fix it and took care of it same day.
