Booked twice and no shows twice.. called twice to reschedule, left messages with no return calls. Terrible.

Service is very good. He came at the right time, they didn't let me wait, They did a good job cleaning the A/C. Since it's a great service i hired them to do an annual maintenance for my A/C.

It was amazing! The very worse time of the year for my a/c not to work. Sunshine worked me into their schedule. The repairman tried his best to get the air working, but was unable to get my 25 year old unit to work. Next morning, they scheduled for an estimate meeting for the cost of a new unit. The price was everything included. The installment was quick and prompt. The installers were polite and very knowledgeable. They were very careful with my floors by having drop cloths and cleaning the area. Four hours later, my ac was replaced!. That night, quality control (Matt) checked everything and went over my paperwork! They are the BEST! The cost was very reasonable for bigger ac with better SEER.

They came and gave us an estimate. 3 days later they installed the unit. They left everything clean, removed all the trash and hauled it away. We were very satisfied with their professionalism, promptness and explanation of how system and thermostat work.

The installers came in at the appointment time. They removed my old system, located in my garage, and installed a new Carrier 3.5 ton a/c and heat system. They replaced all connecting tubing. The manner of work was done most professionally. The finished product was by far cleaner and better looking than the old unit. <br />

Sales consultant, Matt, was very professional, very prompt and explained the products so that I could understand. He answered all question, even the dumb ones. <br /> The install team was just as professional and prompt. They were indeed a team; each one had specific tasks. They told me the installation would take about 6 hours and it took 6 hours. <br /> Matt, the sales consultant, returned at the end of the install to go over the operation of the new system and make sure everything was operational. He had the rebate forms all completed and ready for a signature. He even dropped the forms off at the post office. <br /> I was very pleased with the entire process! I would highly recommend Sunshine A/C. <br /> The only reason for the ding on price in the evaluation above is because nobody wants to part with that much money but I'm not sure anyone else could do a better job. <br />

Sales rep, Mathew, was personable, knowledgeable and professional in evaluating our needs and describing system options. He also followed up to ensure the job went well. The installers, Alan and Joe, were very expert and pleasant. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and diligently, and respected us and our home. They left everything clean, neat and in order. Best of all, our new HVAC system works great.  We are so pleased with Sunshine and recommend them very highly. <br />

Technician did a thorough check of the system. Reviewed thermostat controls to answer questions and replaced premium filter that only needs annual replacement. System had been installed a year earlier with excellent quality and attention to detail <br />

They were fine. I feel the prices were fair and the work was done correctly. I didn't have any issues which is remarkable for some of the contractors around here.
