Ron did a very thorough job inspecting and servicing our air handler and condenser unit during our yearly service. The condenser was starting to turn green from algae and he cleaned it to new looking and removed all debris from inside. He did everything from cleaning the coils to making sure electric connections were tight. He left us with a recommendation to dump two cups vinegar, followed by two cups of hot water through the drain pipe monthly to make sure it doesn't get clogged with algae (clogging would cause a backup and water damage). This was the second year of our three year service contract. At a cost of about $180 it was a deal for three years of service this thorough.

We felt that since there were months of problems that they didn't find and fix that the warranty should be reestablished to start at the point where the unit finally started working properly. Which was the 7 month timeframe from installation. They refused, saying the state wouldn't allow that. Absolutely unsatisfied with this company.

I've used them for years and I'll continue to use them. He came out and said that he thought that there was enough duct work still down there that he didn't need to replace any, just repair what was down there. They really try to help you out, rather than rip you off. He could have told me that I needed all new duct work, but that's not what they do. They are very honest. They try to work with you and save you money.

called about 4:00 pm on a friday night. said someone would be there in about an hour. CHRIS arrived as stated and did a great job. Also checked out all system and put in equipment to avoid the problem of the compressor not starting again in the future. All Weather Heating and Cooling was very responsive, but Chris was the best. Ask for Chris and you will be in the best of hands. <br />

All Weather Heating and Cooling Inc. were responsive and showed up the day after I called them. It went pretty seamless. Everything has been fine. I haven't had any problems with it. The workers that came out were excellent. They did the job promptly and efficiency. I thought their price was a little high. They charged a $99.00 fee to come out, which I thought was a little high, but they ended up applying it to the repair.

It has been 8 months and I still can't get it to function properly. The air blows out extremely fast. They tried cleaning the duct work. They have tried to reconfigure the master control board by various people in the company as well as the manufacturer and have essentially given up.

IT WENT GREAT. WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 2 HRS OF DISCOVERING THAT MY AC WAS BROKEN, ALLWEATHER RESPONDED, REPAIRED AND HAD ME UP AND RUNNING. WE DISCOVERED AT APPROXIMATELY 8 PM THAT THE AC WAS ONLY BLOWING HOT AIR. BY 10:30 WE WERE READY TO GO TO BED WITH AC BLOWING COLD. COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!! <br />

They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. They explained in detail and answered all my questions.

It went very smooth. They did the inspection and I watched them and they did everything. They cleaned out the thermostat, they looked at the unit and told me some ideas to help it run smoothly. Very fast and effective.

<br /> The tech. and A/C installer would not even discuss the excess overcharge,when tech. was finished and machine running good again , tech. left, I went into house and stopped payment on my check, the next day ALL WEATHER called to ininform me that they found a mistake, with an over charge of $210.00, and was sending me a refund,which they did, I then issuedanother check, for $780.00 , which the have not deposited or returned to my bank, the appear to be holding me hostage again,last check issued on JULY 19,2012, THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PRACTICE WITH SOME A/C COMPANIES WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY <br />

Vince the company salesman was right in our ball park with the price, knowledgeable of the product he was selling plus a no pressure sales pitch. We felt confident discussing our needs with him getting very good vibes and decided to go with this company. I immediately cancelled out two other salesmen that were scheduled to come same day. Vince said that within one hour he could have his men installing our new 5 ton A/C unit. We gave the OK and true to his word the men and new unit arrived.I can't sing high enough praises about the two young men Gary Howard and Brian Baunes, the A/C installers for this company. They worked tirelessly in 105 degree index heat for hours instlling the first unit. Upon 99% installation and check-out time for cooling it was found that there was a pin hole in the cooling coil of new unit which came from the factory. It was now 4:10P.M. Gary called his boss. We were informed that a new unit was coming from their distributor in Gainesville, FL and would be at our home within the hour. Gary and Brian began dismantling unit #1 for return to manufacturer. At 5:20 P.M. Gary and Brian began tirelessly the installation of new unit #2. I hope the owners of All Weather Heating and Cooling realize what an asset these hard workers are for their company. Professionalism in their field is rated A+ by us. I sat outside watching as they worked at their trade noticing how efficient and knowledgeable they completed each phase of this 5 ton installation. Courtesy to us the customers and cleaniness of the area at completion gives them additional +++++.

They are OK. The overall experience was good. I would use them again.

I would like to recommend All Weather Heating and Cooling inc. They went way above the call of duty. There truck broke down, so they did not get here until three o'clock in the afternoon and stayed until the job was done. They made sure our air conditioner was fully operational before they left. They were very professional and friendly. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Wes came within several hours of my call to give an estimate. Wes was professional and courteous, he assessed the cooling and heating requirements and recommended a specific unit that was within my budget. The install was completed several days after the estimate and the workmanship was professional. I would recommend this local A/C shop without hesitation.
