Hi-Tech Air Service

Extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional team! I was very impressed with everyone at Hi-Tech - they gave me multiple options at various price points for what I needed, were willing to take the time to clearly explain things, had great customer service and were incredibly polite and responsive. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Hi-Tech Air Service. They have installed 2 full air conditioning systems in my home. I'm very happy with the workmanship that went into these difficult projects. Chris arrived promptly at 8 am and did not leave until the job was done at 6:30. He is polite and always happy to take the time to answer any questions. John gave me various options to fit my budget. Laura is great with scheduling and goes out of her way to accommodate your schedule. If you want a company with a personal touch, definitely hire Hi-Tech Air do your air conditioning.

I called in the morning because my air conditioning was not working. We had spent the night before in a hot house and it was about to be Memorial Day weekend so wanted to get someone in right away to fix the A/C. I called first thing in the morning and they made an appointment to come between 12 and 2:00 this afternoon. I waited all morning and no A/C guy had shown up by almost 2:00. I get a call from the woman in the office and she tells me the technician is running late and will be at my home by 3:00 pm. I have already been waiting this long so I figure what's another hour. At 3:00 pm he had still not shown up. I call again and leave a message telling the office person that I will have to leave if he is not there by 3:30 to please call me back. By 3:30 pm still no one had shown up so I left. The office never did return my call and I left another message at almost 5:00 pm. The technician did call me at 3:40 pm and told me he had just arrived at my house. I said I was sorry but I had to leave to an appointment and I asked if he could come back later that night. He said no, that he would be working on other jobs until 8 or 9:00 tonight. I did not understand why they made no effort to do some service recovery and find a way to fix my problem even if it meant working later since they had inconvenienced me. The office never returned my calls and made no effort to make things right or apologize. Update: I just got a call from someone at 5:11 pm finally returning my call. He really did not have much to say. Basically said he did not have an explanation for what happened, he had no one to come out to fix my air and he was sorry. That's it! These people just have terrible customer service! I would never call on this company again.

Professional, responsive, attentive and timely. I unconditionally recommend Hi-Tech. I did see some of the not so good reviews, albeit few, and those reviews are entirely mistaken.

The very best!! Arrived on time, did what promised. Cleaned up inside and outside; and were neat inside the house. Extremely professional. Will recommend to anyone. Very very happy with the results!

They did a great job they showed up on time, and they swiftly did the job. With the air compressor was so old they did a very good job on making it work. Also very professional, and the price was very reasonable. They had to synchronize the air compressor with the air inside.

The service was good. This company was recommend to me by a friend. They were better than I originally thought.

Tito and John (owners) did a wonderful job with our HVAC cleaning in our new home. A/C is running quieter, cleaner, and smoother than before. They showed up right on time, were very professional, did the job right on budget, and did a good job explaining what they were doing and what potential issues we may face in the future with our HVAC. We will be using them again in the next few days to replace a bathroom exhaust fan and retape some stove venting ducts.

THEY CAME ON TIME READY TO WORK. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICK. THEY DID A VERY GREAT JOB. I WAS REMODELING MY HOME SO IT WAS PRETTY BUSY IN MY HOME. EVEN WITH IT BUSY THEY GOT THEIR JOB DONE RIGHT.

I would NEVER hire this company again!! They overcharged me for a job that was not completed. After the tech left, the toilet started leaking much worse than before. When I called to get it fixed they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg yet again!! They do NOT stand by their work and try to charge and get you to pay. That's all they care about!!!
